Richmond Place 102 is a stunning two-bedroom apartment situated in northern Liverpool. Boasting a fully equipped kitchen leading onto a spacious dining/living area, accommodating up to 4 guests with a double bed in each ensuite bedroom, it's the perfect place to stay for two couples, a getaway for a small group of friends and family, or for your business trips. Close to Everton and just a short drive from Anfield and the city centre, Richmond Place 102 makes it easy to visit local attractions!
The Space
Richmond Place 102 is just 10 minutes from the city centre, with parking options in the surrounding area. Decorated to an impeccable standard, this property is the perfect base for families to explore Liverpool or business travellers looking for a stylish self-catering stay.
The fully equipped kitchen and open-plan dining and living area offer plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy home-cooked meals.
The living area is designed with a three-seater sofa, complemented by two accent chairs and a wall-mounted TV. This space is perfect for relaxing with your loved ones, or setting up a workstation if you are logging on during your stay.
The two double bedrooms are conveniently located on either side of the living room. The first bedroom on the right offers a double bed, a wardrobe, and your own access to a bathroom with a WC and a shower. The second bedroom on the left is also fitted with a double bed, a wardrobe, and an ideally located stool in front of the wall mounted mirror. This bedroom benefits from a large bathroom featuring a WC and bath with an overhead shower.
Richmond Place 102 has floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of light for a bright atmosphere and the apartment is conveniently fitted with blinds, so you can enjoy privacy at any time of the day.
Neighborhood
If you love nature, then Richmond Place 102 is the accommodation for you. It is perfectly located with many park attractions just a short drive away! Everton Park, St. John's Gardens, and St. George's Hall are all within a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. If you fancy venturing into the city centre or Anfield Stadium, there are transport links nearby.
Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.
Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!
Getting Around
Richmond Place 102 is within walking distance or a short drive to many of Everton Park's attractions.
If you plan to explore the Liverpool City Centre, or the well-known Anfield Stadium, then there are bus stops at Mansfield Street and Great Richmond Street both within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Liverpool Lime Street station is less than 15-minutes walk away or just a 5-minute drive.
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the Richmond Place 102 is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests aged under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
