Very well presented and all facilities great<br/><br/>Nothing

This was the best-presented place that we stayed in the UK. So many nice details--artwork, bedroom set-up, lounge look and feel.<br/><br/>I imagine this is quite the party place. We saw lots of hen parties out in the city center and we could hear partying going on in some of the other flats. It wasn't a major distraction for our family, but I can imagine things could get pretty crazy.

Stunning interior (bathrooms need a little zhuzh to match the exceptional level of all of the other rooms). Loved the location so close to Hope St.<br/><br/>Would have liked it to be made clearer that we had to enter via the other street. Also parking is not easy so we drove and parked in a 24hr central city car park.

Good location within the Georgian quarter. Easy reach of Albert Dock and other amenities. The apartment is up a number of stairs which is described in the listing which has fine for us but something to bear in mind if someone has mobility issues. The apartment was tastefully furnished and had everything you need and was immaculate.

The location was very good, nice and central to bars and restaurants.<br/><br/>No clear advice about long stay parking. No cafetière. Manual spoke about a parking permit but no information.

It was modern with lovely space for all the family and comfortable beds and enough bathrooms.<br/><br/>We had to phone for the location & entry details as we hadn’t received the details by our check in time only to find out we had to drag our luggage to the next road to enter through the back entrance. The oven & kitchen bins hadn’t been cleaned. But otherwise the rest was great.

No details about how to collect the keys. All information sent the day after arrival. Tried calling but no reply only answer machines and a call back over 12 hours late. Not a very good service for the cost of the accommodation. The house was lovely inside, had everything we needed and in a good location.

Location. <br/>Recently decorated. <br/>Furnished well.<br/><br/>Bathrooms are in a serious need of a revamp. They are not to the standard of the rest of the place. Both showers are very poor and one shower head was not working. And we were not informed of this. 7 people in one shower is not easy. <br/><br/>No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets were left. Which you would expect to be left. We had to buy are own, which was an inconvenience. <br/><br/>Major issue was the temperamental electrical circuits which kept tripping and eventually the whole circuit went off when we were watching the Euro Final. This was an considerable disappointment and was hugely frustrating. Initial attempts to don’t at you were unfruitful as they was no answer to our call. We eventually fixed it ourselves as we turned off the shower switch which enabled the circuit to work. <br/><br/> A suitable refund should be considered for this.

The apartment was truly beautiful in a very beautiful location in the Georgian quarter of Liverpool. Spacious , comfortable and spotlessly clean , we all slept well in very comfy beds. We picked this apartment to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we were not disappointed. Liverpool is a fantastic fun and thriving city. We will be back soon ?<br/><br/>Having to leave

Very clean, value for money, spacious and tasty

We thought the apartment was very nice, the bedrooms were spacious with excellent beds, extensive kitchen, nice sitting room and TV everywhere.<br/><br/>Between the first door and the door at the entrance of the building there was a narrow corridor full of seagull droppings and there was a smoking area that you had to walk through and therefore occasionally "joined the smokers", which we hate and is certainly not an example. for the little children. Furthermore, there was something lacking in hygiene: There was a nasty smell in the kitchen from the start. On the 2nd day of our stay we emptied the refrigerator and there was a lot of brown gunk under the bottom container. So this has not been cleaned by cleaners for several days! Furthermore, the Nespresso machine did not work. A waste bin had also not been emptied. Since we were traveling with very small children, this apartment on the 3rd floor (4 flights of stairs) was not ideal for us.

The property was well set up for a big group of people, with lots of crockery and cutlery, and lovely wine glasses! There was lots of space in the bedrooms and we loved the neighbourhood!<br/><br/>The sofas were quite hard and the shower in the attic was really not good. It had low pressure and was freezing cold.

Location, comfort, spacious rooms, clean and modern. <br/>We had 9 in our party and we never felt on top of each other at any time.<br/><br/>The stairs to the 3rd floor not easy as quite steep. <br/>The stairs into the attic bedrooms and bathroom were far too steep and didn't feel safe going up and down them. <br/>Balustrade was broken on the way up to the attic and could have hurt someone. <br/>Making the entrance way door more visible on bookings as this was very confusing. We encountered the facilities manager who was very rude to us because we came in the front door and not the rear entrance when we first arrived. We adhered to policy once we knew the rules..

The property was absolutely beautiful, really nice interior and it was so clean and comfortable.<br/><br/>I didn’t like the communication I received from the staff, it came across very they reiterated over and over that they do not allow party groups. And if we didnt comply they would keep the money and remove us from the property. If your renting a property that sleeps 6 plus then I’m pretty sure it’s mainly going to be groups.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. Airy and spacious. Well equipped.<br/>The restaurants and pubs near the apartment were great.<br/><br/>Quite a few maintenance issues need resolving. Issue with hot water, electrics cutting out and apartment not being ready on arrival time. Property is managed by a company that were mostly unhelpful. Most communication is automated and there is far too much of it.

Fantastic property for a big group, great value for money. The beds are comfortable, it is well decorated, everyone was pleasantly surprised. I have stayed in both the basement and top floor unit and both have been excellent.

It was a lovely flat,spaceous and clean and close to city centre.We would definately stay again. The only issue we had was finding the entrance, which is the back door (no 13) front door is no 20. It says on the map its right next door to the Blackburne Arms but it's not, it's a bit further down.

Good property for 8 people, very good location for seeing Liverpool and specifically the Georgian area is a real find, good value at peak time, easy instruction from hosts on gaining entry , and hosts always in touch and contactable.<br/><br/>Whilst property had good sized bedroom , the living area was a bit small for 8 people. Just a question of taste -our bed was a bit soft compared to what we are used to.Main shower -whilst good - the main overhead outlet didn't work, but hand-held did - just needs a bit of maintenance .

The unit was well appointed and in a great location for our needs.<br/><br/>When we arrived. by taxi the address was confusing and we did not know how to enter the unit. We finally got some one on the phone and got things sorted out.

The property was amazing. Excellent location, great interiors and well maintained. The price was worth it. The property was perfect for a group or a family.<br/><br/>Host was not flexible on checkout. We checked in very late and was expecting some flexibility on check out but the host was not ready to give any extension.

Property was just what we were looking for. Plenty of room and had everything we needed.<br/>Close to town about 15 min walk. Lovely restaurants near the property..felt like we were in a little village outside of the town.<br/><br/>Bedrooms downstairs were a little cold<br/>While this was booked through booking.com the communication was with host&stay. There was a lot of messages from them which there was no need for. Also, I almost got scammed for the full amount of the property following a msg from booking.com asking for credit card details.

Wonderfully large apartment with high ceilings and huge windows on a lovely street. Great view of the cathedral from the sitting room. We had watched the BBC series A House Through Time series about 68 Falkner Street with David Olusoga so we were very happy with the location and to be able to stay in the Georgian Quarter. Easy 15 mins to walk down into the city centre. We also recommend the Moose Coffee restaurant. Very clean and prompt communication with the hosts. Highly recommended place to stay away from the hubbub of the streets in the centre.<br/><br/>Nothing we didn't like BUT just a couple of heads up to let future guests know that the three bedroom apartment is comprised of two apartments on the same floor. One facing the front street and one the back courtyard view. Each is a one bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen/lounge. The larger of the front rooms that look out onto Falkner Street would have been that apartment's lounge /kitchen and is now a bedroom. It's a great idea to combine the two apartments into a large one but to achieve that you have one bedroom with kitchen cupboards, a sink and a microwave. Just in case you wonder why one bedroom has the feel of an upmarket bedsit! This is the larger of the front street facing rooms and did get chilly as there is no double glazing. The radiator can be supplemented by using the electric heater in the wardrobe.<br/><br/>There were guests in the above duplex apartment and they weren't noisy but you could still hear their voices filtering down through the walls occasionally. I don't think it was the next door house as the walls must be very solid. I guess that's old houses for you.<br/><br/>The recommended parking at the Philharmonic Hall was full when we arrived as there was a Sunday afternoon concert. We were able to get a space by parking on the street for an hour and then moving over to the car park after it had emptied out a bit. Be prepared to download the Horizon parking app for the car park and the Phone to Pay app for the street parking. We didn't need our car after that so we just factored in the cost of £16 for 24 hours to the holiday.<br/><br/>The entrance is accessed from the back of the house. A bit confusing as the apartment is advertised as being on Falkner Street but then you get the details and the address is Blackburne Place, the road behind Falkner Street. I can confirm that you are staying on Falkner Street but you don't go through the front door.

A good place to stay for a large group

Location, facilities and on the whole a lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need.<br/><br/>Damp in lower floor bathroom, which is clearly an ongoing problem being ignored. The smell was so bad that it spread to the 2 bedrooms next door, which became uninhabitable and the bathroom unusable. The property should not be let in this condition as it's a health hazard. Steps, loads of stairs up to the apartment, and a very steep staircase within the duplex apartment 3, you underestimate the amount until you arrive, dont recommend for anyone who struggls with staira..

Good location and good for our needs<br/><br/>In one of the apartments next door they played loud music until midnight and one morning started again at 7am. This could be heard in one of the bedrooms, even the supplied ear plugs could not help.

Excellent accommodation for our group of 6, including two children, with room to spare. <br/>Well appointed and equipped, all as described and as per the photos. Safe, quiet, comfortable, elegant. <br/>It is on the top two floors of a four storey building, plus stairs from the entrance to the entry door. So if you have heavy bags or mobility issues, you might struggle.<br/>No parking included with the property but paid parking in the street or in a nearby carpark, or free parking a few streets away. Host responsive with details when asked. <br/>We stayed in summer and it was light early in the mornings. Better block-out curtains would be a useful addition to an otherwise excellent property.

we loved the apartment as it was roomy and every bedroom was lovely and had a double bed, which was ideal, as we travelled with 3 other couples. The posting does tell you wrong address (faulkner street) but you get given the correct one once you book, so it's not too much of a problem. Gates and doors are a bit fiddly to get into the building but it feels very secure when you're in there. Plenty of room for 9 of us and well decorated and clean. The stairs are very steep for the upper 3 bedrooms, so , if you have mobility problems, they would be tricky to access. It's a 20min walk to the centre but a nice walk. Its uphill on the way back but there's always plenty of taxis to get there if you don't fancy walking it .<br/>There's a cracking gastro pub just at the top of the road and round the corner. Food was really good in there. Lots of other bars and restaurants close by if you don't want to go into centre of liverpool. <br/>we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was gorgeous, however the first floor bathroom leaked i to the downstairs bathroom, which made the short stay a very terrible one.<br/><br/>The fact that the bathroom was leaking.

Location was fantastic, close to city by a short bus ride or 20 minute walk. Bus stop literally at end of road. Area was lovely and quite, few nice bars in the area and great breakfasts/lunch at Moose Coffee. Best coffee I've ever had here also. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Lots of space and beds were comfy too.<br/><br/>Carpet needs replacing on stairs as well worn and there were a few stains on bench at end of bed. Internet could be hit and miss at times.

Hard to find but good apartment

High quality accommodation in a lovely area in the city centre, close to everything.<br/><br/>Be prepared for a lot of questions (including ages of each of the group) and copies of documents to be sent before confirmation.

Everything aside from the linens that has a bit of smell. But the staff sorted it.<br/><br/>One room is a bit smelly when we arrived.

We were in Liverpool to celebrate our daughter's graduation. The flat was in the perfect location and we had very little walking to do. The rooms in the flat were perfect for our family group of varying ages. Our hosts described everything we needed to us accuratly and we had no reason to call them over anything. Thanks!

The place (Apartment 3) was able to accommodate my extended family of 12 comfortably. The beds were comfortable and of good sizes. Good to have all the added amenities as we were able to cook breakfast before we head out for the day.<br/><br/>I informed the landlord of a certain smell in the kitchen which they quickly responded to saying they will investigate.

Fantastic place to stay. There were 9 of us and plenty of space in this apartment. <br/>Found it a little tricky to get to initially, but I think that was more our sense of direction! Found everything we needed, the beds were comfy and the coffee machine was a lovely welcome bonus! <br/>The centre was around a 10 minute walk down the hill (20 minutes back up the other way!). Just what we needed to experience Liverpool but also be away from the hubub at night. <br/>All guests explained how much they enjoyed their stay! Would definitely recommend xx

A really pleasant surprise!<br/>We were a group of colleagues attending the ACC for a conference and I will admit to some concern about the excellent price and the high level amenities described in the listing, experience led me to think it might be too good to be true.<br/>Not at all!<br/>Five proper, decent-sized double bedrooms; three bathrooms (2 are shower-only); comfy living room and big dining kitchen in a peaceful section of the Georgian quarter but easily walkable to town.<br/>Minor disadvantages: top-floor flat up some fairly narrow georgian back stairs and the flat also has stairs to the top floor which are quite narrow so those with mobility needs may need to be aware. The blinds on the skylights upstairs could do with being blackout (nice to have blackout curtains generally). No major complaints.<br/>Hosts are proactive and highly responsive if you need them.<br/>A really lovely flat and managed by a great team, entirely recommend.

Fantastic location, and very peaceful. Host was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had too. It had all the comforts we needed and was very well presented.<br/><br/>Not enough coffee pods in the kitchen. Bed mattresses were bit uncomfortable and noisey.

It’s in a great location, the road is beautiful and quiet. <br/>Only a £6 taxi ride to everywhere we wanted to go and some trips we walked.<br/>The instruction manuals were clear and useful. <br/>The doors were sturdy and sound didn’t travel between the floors/rooms.

Everything was wonderful - the price is obviously very expensive but everything else is rated 10.<br/><br/>I would book again but the price is high if you are only a couple - however the apartment was large, comfortable and beautiful decorated so cant complain.

I recently stayed at this apartment.<br/>I have to say, it was a great experience The apartment was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The location was also fantastic, as it was situated in a quiet area but still close enough to all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated the peaceful surroundings after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Do not stay here. We had our possessions stolen. This apartment ruined my wedding day.<br/>I was getting married and returned to find someone had been inside the apartment and stolen £1000's worth of possessions including personal family items, wedding cards and cash. <br/>There was no sign of a break in, so the thief clearly had keys to access the apartment. <br/>The address is listed as Faulkner street but when you arrive you have to use the back door down a little alley to gain access from the road behind. This seemed odd at the time but we didn't think too much of it. In hindsight this was red flag no.1<br/>Once we had reported the theft to the host they said they had CCTV in the building which they could review. <br/>However, upon investigation they confirmed the CCTV had been turned off in the week prior to our stay.<br/>They have no insurance to cover such an incident and as such I requested a refund at the very minimum. The refund was rejected. Please be careful if you decide to stay here.

we had the most wonderful time the 2 days we stayed at Katy,Joe&Team's house. <br/>The house was a large 5 bedroom house and for a group of 10 adults + 4kids it was just perfect. we were extremely comfortable and had all the amenities that's required for stay and cooking. <br/>Also the living room had sofa beds which was soothing and great for the group described. it was the perfect place for us with a reasonable price.

Access instructions were clear and staff very helpful prior to our trip.<br/><br/>Stairs were a bit of a challenge! rooms were comfortably big so you never felt cramped making it perfect for groups! the location is excellent with Liverpool Cathedral right around the corner and plenty of places to enjoy food and drinks just up the road.<br/><br/>the noise from the hallway and people using the stairs can be quite loud especially with people coming in late at night. due to the building this can’t be helped and is only a minor inconvenience at most.

We thought we were coming on vacation but found ourselves sleeping near a construction site. Every morning from 7 am until noon there were unbearable drills that could be heard clearly in the walls of the apartment which made it difficult for us to sleep.

We stayed with a befriended family for a few days in Falkner House in January with4 adults, 4 kids. The apartment is more than we could have asked for. Clean, safe, cosy, modern and the team was great. Highly recommended, really. Thanks for the great time!

Well-appointed flat in an excellent location.<br/><br/>It’s a shame that the entrance has now been moved from Falkner St to Blackburne Place. And there is no longer a parking permit. On-street parking is available nearby but it is not cheap.

A well maintained apartment that had all the facilities we required. It was in a nice quiet location.

Outside parking only allowed 2 hours max stay or residents only.

A lovely property in a period house. Contact with the owners was clear and they replied promptly. Property is in a great position for sightseeing and getting a feel for the Georgian Quarter. Lots of places to eat and drink in close proximity. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kithchen well appointed. We did not really eat in much bit you could have very easilly.<br/><br/>Parking was a pain. The recommended car park was full when we arrvied and full when we inquired the next day. The method of getting the parking repaid was long winded as far as i was concerend and I just gave up in the end. You had to upload a phot but as the receipt was a three page e mail and i did not fancy prinitng it and photoing the print out! <br/>If driving also check for filming, as the road was closing due to filming on the day we left and we had to leave early. The guys on the film crew were helpful but you needed to keep an eye for the signs. <br/>The property had a smell of blocked drains. This did get a bit better as we used the sinks but lingered in the basement hall and bathroom. A couple of times people rang the door for other flats which got a bit irratating!

It was very difficult to book this appartment, the owner wants a e-mail and you have to exsplain who you are and what is the group in age and so on. Then you get a e-mail and you have to pay a deposit to cover if you brake anything. You a not alought to have noise because of the neighbor's. It is very difficult to find the entrance to the place it is on another street.

Location was excellent. Just close enough to the city centre for shops and nightlife but quiet too with nearby cafes, bars and restaurants ! Apartment was very spacious and clean with all the mod-cons you would need. Ideal for families. Communication with the management was quick and any questions/issues dealt with promptly. Would definitely consider this accommodation again if staying in Liverpool.<br/><br/>Not much we didn’t like!

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities. A family group of 12 stayed for a family wedding - everything we needed and beautifully clean.<br/><br/>The stairs and the parking! We were unprepared for the 6 flights of stairs with no lift. We had a lot of luggage and had to make multiple trips up the stairs. Then, at 7.00 pm we went to find parking in the Philharmonic car park and there was no space. It meant we missed our 8.00 dinner reservation as we were still looking for parking at 8.00 pm.

We stayed here for our son's graduation at the Philharmonic Hall. The location was perfect as it was so close to the graduation venue and to the University of Liverpool. Tesco Express was nearby as were some modern bars/restaurants. We were a group of 6 and we stayed in the 5 bedroom flat on the top floor of the house. Access to the property was easy and the apartment had every modern comfort that we needed. It was immaculately clean. We drove to Liverpool and parking was fairly straightforward. We used the pay for parking on the street when we arrived for a couple of hours until we moved the car and parked near the Philharmonic Hall where there was disabled parking (my parents have a blue badge) but there was ample parking if needed in the pay for Horizon car park opposite.We only wish that we had found this accommodation four years ago when our son started his studies in Liverpool and not at the end! If we are in Liverpool again, we would not hesitate to return to this quiet, leafy residential quarter. The communication with Charlie has been outstanding. I can't believe how quickly Charlie responded to any query we had and how helpful Charlie has been.<br/><br/>The apartment was on the top floor and there were two flights of stairs - this was not a problem for us and we just took extra care with my father on the stairs!

Location was good, near to the Philharmonic Theatre which is what we wanted.<br/><br/>This was a disaster. We were due to check in on a Monday. On the Friday before I received an email saying all was in order and we are looking forward to seeing you etc. Then the day before we arrive, ie on Sunday at 3pm I receive an email saying "we have been informed by the council that our parking permits are no longer valid". Really!! on a Sunday and you have just been informed, because on Friday everything was ok, yeah right! We now have to park in a nearby carpark, pay for the parking for 4 days, then send them the receipts & they will refund the money. £56, it took 18 days and many emails to get the money into my account & then the miserable buggers charged me both sets of bank fees. If you want a place with a carpark then I strongly suggest you look somewhere elsewhere.

Liverpool one 3 minutes walk from there.<br/><br/>Problems with their website, which made the booking requirements, ie (ID, Deposit & Guest info) far more difficult.

Very spacious, felt special, excellent kerb appeal. Well appointed and appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee and cleaning products. Would definitely stay again.<br/><br/>Door lock awkward to use, but that’s an easy fix.

Location very convenient with many restaurants nearby. Also short drive to The Albert Dock where we caught the Mersey cruise. Also we went on hop on & off bus with city tour<br/><br/>The lock getting into the apartment was very difficult to open. You either locked it first time or it could take 5 minutes. <br/>Just a suggestion as the smaller bathroom is very dark perhaps a mirror with lights could be a good idea. Also one that doesn’t steam up.

Pretty apartment in great location.

It’s a gorgeous property in a quiet and beautiful street. Perfect for a family :) The amenities were what we needed for a comfortable stay.<br/><br/>Some of the fixtures were a bit wobbly, the window in our room couldn’t close and the entry code was changed in the middle of our stay, good thing we were able to reach the support before they closed for the day.

We had a wonderful time - the property was super convenient for the city centre and had a lovely buzz in the nearby streets. The property was clean, very well equipped and was very comfortable for my family.<br/><br/>There is no longer a parking pass for outside the property (maybe this will change), although the alternative parking space adjacent to the Royal Philharmonic Hall is only a 2 minute walk. Unloading and loading was possible on the day of arrival/departure, but it would be more convenient to have a parking space directly outside. We will be reimbursed for the additional costs of parking and this was a reasonable solution for us.

The host is easy to contact and friendly. The property is very well maintained and equipped and in a lovely street not too far from most of Liverpool's attractions<br/><br/>Loved it all

Fantastic location! I usually stay in one of the hotels near the docks, but the photos caught my eye. Being a typical Londoner I was biased by what I had read and watched on the media. But I loved the area where the house was, and the house itself that I even talked about buying something in the area. Beautiful houses and loads of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The apartment it self has 5 bedrooms, a decent size kitchen and living room. all for a price similar to a hotel. Book it.<br/><br/>£250 deposit and proof of identity paper work needed. but then again, if it was my apartment I would ask the same.

Great location on a fabulous street (where Peaky Blinders was filmed) with plenty of places to eat nearby and an easy walk into Liverpool city centre so no need for taxis. Lovely clean and spacious apartment, with three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with quality towels/bed linen and a well stocked kitchen. The free wifi was a bonus as well.<br/><br/>The sofa/lounge area was quite small compared to the rest of the apartment but wasn't a big deal as we didn't spend that much time sitting in it. The dining table was shabby, with holes in it, which was really out of place compared to the rest of the furnishings which were immaculate and there were also dirty dishes stacked in the dishwasher from the previous occupants that we had to wash. There was a lot of noise from building work being carried out at the property next door but one to our apartment, with the builders firing up their generator and starting work around 8.30am, although this obviously wasn't the fault of the host but the fact that the property doesn't have double glazing meant that outside noises were pretty loud, plus there was a lot of noise from the people in the apartment above, who liked to run around on the wooden floors very early in the morning and again at night - not sure what they were doing but they seemed to have a lot of energy!

Apartment was a great size, 10 of us stayed and we had more than enough room for all of us in the bedrooms and living space. It was extremely clean and having 2 bathrooms with showers was great when all of us were getting ready.<br/><br/>We only had one key for the apartment as we were told the previous group had lost the second one which was ideal for such a large group.

Recently stayed with family and friends for a weekend away. Really good location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go to during the day and taxi at night just because of the cold! There’s only 1 permit space on the street but not too much hassle as others parked at the Park Bee car park (no more than 10min walk away) it cost us £20 Friday-Sunday, could be cheaper if you prebook possibly. <br/>Coop, coffee shop, cafe for breakfast/dinner and a beautiful pink pub all within a 5 min walk. Apartment was spacious and clean. Ideal for what we needed. All the bedrooms were a good size and comfy beds! Would definitely stay again.

This apartment is so modern, lots of natural light coming in, plenty of space, clean, lots of mirrors, I could literally go on and on. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating any questions you have they answer straight away and are very helpful. Its not far from the centre at all it was £5 in an Uber would highly recommend staying here. I was even given a bottle of Prosecco and a card as it was my 30th just the nicest gesture they really thought of everything<br/><br/>nothing

The location was perfect for us as attending a wedding in Hope Street Hotel, just around the corner. <br/>The rooms were enormous (feature of Georgian architecture) and loved the jacuzzi bath.<br/><br/>No outside space but this didn't matter to us as a wet weekend in February!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a prime location, from start to finish this stay was superb. The apartment is gorgoeus, in a quiet area but close to everything. Fully equipped with everything you could need, the little touches were very much welcomed as well. We were a family of 5 with plenty of room, all mod cons with a TV in a every room which was a bonus with children. Very rarely you go anywhere where everything is perfect, but this place had it all. Would definitely recommend the quarter at the end of the road, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.<br/><br/>Nothing everything was flawless.

The property was excellent and spacious. Very well located for access to all Liverpool has to offer. The area was quiet and impressive with access to pubs restaurants and other amenities. I highly recommend this apartment and will stay again in the future.<br/><br/>Only issue was around parking. However this is a residential area with restrictions. We had one parking permit so able to park right outside property and the secure car park is literally round the corner and easy access to the apartment.

Super clean and modern inside,<br/>really easy access instructions, fab location, street looked so pretty with all the Xmas wreaths and garlands out! Was excellent value.<br/><br/>The “neighbours” above were quite noisy but that’s luck of the draw I guess, and also as it’s not double glazed (beautiful original windows), anyone who walked past throughout the night sounded like they were right next to me. However there was a couple of roads closed nearby so I think that made the street more of a thoroughfare than normal.<br/>I’d definitely book again, but I’d bring earplugs ! Nothing that can be done about it, it’s outworn anyone’s control, and I may just have been unlucky!

I cannot fault this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hosts were great and quick to answer any questions we had, Charlie was very helpful. Check-in was smooth and nice and easy with the lock box. An added bonus was one parking permit per apartment which was a great help as nearby parking can be quite pricey. The location of the apartment is perfect, we didn't get a taxi all weekend, it was a nice walk into town which was no longer than 15 minutes and you pass lots of lovely bars and restaurants. The area is beautiful and we found it really interesting to know parts of The Peaky Blinders was filmed and also John Lennon used live on this street. We would definitely return. Visited this fantastic apartment for a long weekend in Liverpool. There were 9 of us staying going to my step daughters wedding. Apartment was very clean and cosy! Great that we all had our own bedroom with TVs and plenty of storage for our clothes. The 3 bathrooms had underfloor heating and all with very good easy to use showers. Great location within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants & pubs, and also near the city centre shops and docks. Would never love to come back.

Had a weekend stay here with family and younger children as hotel accomodation wouldn't have suited. This apartment was ideal for us. A mixture of three families with children from 1 to 17. City centre location but distant enough to ensure no noise kept us up at night. Would definitely recommend it for a city break and to enjoy the comforts of your own kitchen and sitting room. Parking was a bit of a nuisance as the nearest secure car park was a bit of a trek and the apartment does only come with one parking permit for the street outside. We parked our extra cars at Bee secure care park in town as the recommended secure car park didn't seem too safe when we got there.

Fantastic accommodation in a central location. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Check in was very smooth as instructions were clearly stated and were easy to access. The apartment has everything you need in it to make you feel at home. Bedrooms are a good size and one of them has a kitchenette in it with its own fridge which was handy for extra storage. Good size bathrooms however it was listed there was 3.5 bathrooms and there was only 3 (not a huge deal though). If you’re going in the summer I would definitely recommend taking fans with you as the apartment was unbearably warm throughout our stay despite leaving windows open. Katy and her team were in contact throughout the whole stay and were on hand should we needed any advice or help with anything. Overall, we had a fantastic stay for a group of 7 adults and we would 100% recommend staying here.

Loved the kitchen (apart from the very noisy heating power box sometimes) Really clean on arrival, great location, hosts were very helpful throughout our stay, comfortable beds. Underfloor heating in bathroom beside kitchen was fantastic - disappointing it was deactivated in all other bathrooms. Blinds in bedrooms upstairs need to be properly blocked out - hard to sleep in the morning due to the blinds letting a lot of light in. Automatic lights turning on around the flat in hallways annoying at night time when going to bathroom and pretty frustrating during the day too actually - really not necessary. Overall a great stay though just things to improve on to accommodate the price <br/>Thanks a lot guys

The apartment was lovely and clean and exceeded our expectations. Great communication from the Hosts and any questions we had were promptly answered. <br/>The only negative is there was no parking outside the apartment and it was £16 a day to park so with three cars ran quite expensive. <br/>Would still stay again though.

Booked this place for my daughters birthday. Family one night and her friends the next, and it didn't disappoint.<br/>Location is great, house is a modern touch on a classic building on the edge of the centre. Cafe /restaurant / pub down the bottom of the road so you're good for food or a drink and only 5/10 mins from the centre of it all. Highly recommend this place, would use again and I live here.

A very nice place to stay!

We had a great family weekend in the lovely, well appointed light and clean flat. It is in a great situation and we all enjoyed exploring different parts of Liverpool as well as all being together in the flat. There were one or two small problems but communication with the team has been quick and efficient throughout . We are already planning to return!

This is in a great place for sightseeing, not too far from the centre, quiet and with lovely restaurants very nearby. The apartment is very well equipped and modern in style. We four ladies loved our stay .

Amazing house. <br/>Loved the location, the restuarant at the bottom of the street was gorgeous, if over 10 people there is a room at the back you can sit in for your food so you feel more segregated and private. <br/>Parking is expensive but the value of the house is so good that its still better priced than a hotel. <br/>The house itself is fantastic. Unfortuntaly we had a huge pram and a mother in law that is about to have a knee op and so the stairs were alot harder to navigate than i thought but that was my fault. By the looks of it they own the building and so next time we will look at booking the bottom / and or first floor flat. We will be staying there again every time we go to liverpool. Amazing hosts, gorgeous place, comfy beds. A great family friendly place, which is hard to find when the majority cater for just stag do's.

The appartment is stunning. It is immaculately clean and the location is spot on.<br/>There are five double bedrooms, all of the beds are comfortable.<br/>There is a tv and hairdryer in each room which was handy and the showers were perfect.<br/>This was a gem of a find, and we will be returning without a doubt. Definately ten out of ten. Its a modern appartment with mod cons. <br/>Communication from beginning to end has been excellent. Emails and queries have be answered straight away. Hosts have been so helpful.<br/>We would all recommend this appartment everytime. Our stay has been an absolute pleasure.

This apartment is top class, every effort has gone into making it every bit as good as it photographs. it is situated in a lovely street in the Georgian Quarter and is convenient for town, and the university, as well as local pubs and restaurants. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well appointed, with all the facilities of a luxury hotel but with the comforts of home. Would certainly recommend and would love to stay again. Nice flat for large group.

This is a great location in a beautiful city. We were 5 work colleagues and the apartment was perfect. We each had private spaces and lovely, comfortable rooms with 3 bathrooms to share. The whole process was easy and we would definitely stay again.

As advertised lovely clean and spacious apartment within easy walking distance of town. Would highly recommend if you're a large group looking for spacious accommodation with out being in each other's pockets

A brilliant, modern, comfortable, well appointed apartment; excellent for a city break with friends or family. So handy for the Georgian Quarter bars and restaurants, easy walking distance of the City Centre and not too far from the waterfront amenities either. Culture, the sights and sounds are all nearby.<br/>For football fans Anfield and Goodison Park are only 15 minutes away by taxi.<br/>Leave your car behind or find a long term car park nearby as the on street metered parking is very time limited and closely monitored.

The apartment is gorgeous and has everything expected/needed for a trip to Liverpool. The location is perfect too! A beautiful Georgian townhouse in quiet yet handy area with gorgeous bistros nearby and short walk to busier areas. Communication fantastic too with any queries being dealt with right away. Five stars ? all the way.

Spectacular place, amazing location, plenty of space for our 2 familes, 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy check-in process and absolutely outstanding communication with the host, spot on. Will strongly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Liverpool, the area is modern and plenty of amazing restaurants, 10-15 minutes drive to Anfield or the docks. Thank you !!!

This house was amazing! So much space that two families hardly ran into each other in the same house! Everything we needed was there and the location was superb for graduation attendance. The proximity to all the monuments and the Liverpool Uni buildings made life so easy. Excellent communication with our hosts made the stay even more seamless. Superb restaurants just a few minutes walking distance away. Same for groceries! Very very happy with our choice.

Lovely place and great location would highly recommend.

This flat was almost as close to perfect as Airbnb's go. We were 8 adults traveling with two infants, and I have very few bad things to say about this accommodation. The place was quiet, clean, cosy, and close to the very centre of Liverpool. Checking in was extremely easy, as was checking out. Communication with Katy and Joe was quick and easy.<br/>My only complaint is that we weren't informed that we needed to purchase our own toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap and other such necessities (at least I don't think we were, haha). That would have been nice to know.<br/>Nevertheless, I'll definitely be looking for a Katy & Joe accommodation next time I'm in Liverpool.

Amazing space. Having worked away from home for a number of years I can honestly say I have never felt as comfortable in a place as I did here.

We had a great weekend staying in this apartment! Very spacious, clean, beds were very comfortable. Location was brilliant. So good for groups. Will definitely be staying again next time we’re in Liverpool.

The home is lovely, very spacious and modern. It is in a really nice area that is very central , only about a ten minute walk into the city centre. Despite this it is very quiet so you aren't disturbed from the sounds of the city nightlife. It is all very clean and modern. It is easy to check yourself in and out. Only thing I would say to bear in mind is there is no free parking nearby.

The apartment was brillant.Close to shops,pubs ,restaurants.7/8min walk to city centre.Safe location could walk home each night.Apartment spotless.Well worth it.Will hopefully stay again this year.

Really good communication from the team, lovely modern house which is well equipped. The house is a great base to explore Liverpool, with a great pub and restaurant at either end of the road.

This space was absolutely outstanding. Check-in was a breeze. The actual space is as nice as as a modern apartment. It's located *perfectly* in Liverpool - inside one of the nicest neighborhoods, and a 5 minute walk from the bars / attractions. Would give this a 10/10 recommendation.
