Decent location, clean and modern decoration. Everything electrical worked well.<br/><br/>The apartment has very thin walls and you could hear every word the apartment above were saying to each other. Parking permit had been hidden away in the wrong location which resulted in a penalty fine for us. The shower cubical is very small so for anybody carrying a little extra weight may struggle.

Location was really nice, short distance to city centre and nice bars and restaurants close to the property<br/><br/>There were six of us staying there and it would have been nice to have had more than one roll of toilet roll for the stay, there was also not enough coffee pods for the coffee machine. <br/>We could also hear the people staying in the property above.

The apartment was very well laid out and clean with everything we needed and ideally located. Parking wasn't a problem at all. The hosts were incredible with communication, one of the the blind pulleys didn't work and this was fixed within a few hours.<br/><br/>If you are a family or group hoping to get good rest after exploring, I would not recommend this place on a Friday or Saturday. Despite the house rules stating very clearly the quiet hours and no parties, we were kept awake both nights from 1am until 4am by music, loud chatting, the TV on full blast and thumping around by the apartment upstairs. The hallway also stank of smoke while this party was in residence, again, quite clearly states no smoking.

Perfect accommodation for a large group visiting the city.<br/><br/>Hidden charges over and above what is paid through booking.com. Additional fees applied which if not paid prevented check-in.

It was clean and comfortable<br/><br/>The noise!!! It was a Tuesday night but there was a party in the property upstairs that kept me awake all night. There is NO sound proofing whatsoever and no staff able to help at night.

Flott leilighet. Stor stue/kjøkken med spisekrok og velutstyrt kjøkken. Kaffemaskin med kapsler og pulverkaffe stod klar. Salt/pepper og smør var på plass. Gode senger i soverommet. Ekstra dyner og puter tilgjengelig. Flott bad. Alt fungerte perfekt! Ca 20 minutter fra sentrum. Lett å komme i kontakt med utleier - meget rask respons på henvendelser.<br/><br/>Litt hard sovesofa, men fungerte greit for 1 person. Veldig lytt mellom etasjene. Hadde leilighet i 1. etasje, og party i etasjen over oss. Ristet i gulv og vinduer når de hoppet og spilte musikk. Hørte alt som ble sagt gjennom veggene. Skulle være ro kl 22, men det var det lang ifra. Ikke å anbefale i helg hvis du drar med barn, Veldig stille og rolig midt i uka.

It’s a nice apartment with three double beds so it was ideal for the five of us. It’s very convenient to walk to the city centre and main train station.

The location was great, the kitchen was well equipped and you provided fans for each bedroom which was greatly appreciated.<br/><br/>The sofas in the lounge were a little hard and not very comfortable.

Well equipped property in great location for exploring the city. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bed linen & towels. Generally very clean and well maintained.<br/><br/>Sofa was quite uncomfortable (probably because it doubles up as a sofa bed). Grill pan wasn’t clean and there were no scouring pads to clean it with. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great although there was always plenty of hot water.

Nicely appointed and clean - good size apartment<br/><br/>They take a £200 security deposit which is understandable, but they keep a £10 ‘admin’ fee which is inexcusable. That is a standard cost so it should be included in the price of the booking, it is just a hidden fee. It also took over 3 weeks to get my £190 back.

We stayed in 54C. The bedrooms are excellent and it will sleep 12. Very clean, newly painted. Location is great lovely street. Shops restaurants bars nearby and 20 min walk to Albert Dock.<br/><br/>The living room/kitchen is small, only 4 chairs at the dining table. 1 parking permit provided if you go with 2 or more vehicles you have to find a car park. We were relocated by Host and Stay the day before we travelled and the admin associated with this was very poorly handled. Happy to provide full detail.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a brilliant location to be able to walk around Liverpool (or jump on the tour bus like we did!). Exceptionally clean and tidy and modern in design. Our kids loved having a room each too! The hosts were really easy to contact and we loved their folder of useful information. If ever we come back to Liverpool we would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and in a great location. We loved the area, close to everything. We really liked the apartment. It is close to transport, arty areas and great local pubs and restaurants nearby.<br/><br/>This has been already been brought up with other reviewers and I unfortunately saw this those reviews too late - meaning - I saw it after I booked and paid in full. Other reviewers have already complained about a 250 GBP insurance bond which is refundable in a couple of weeks OR as in my case, I was charged a 25 GBP nonrefundable fee (instead of the upfront 250 GBP) - which was not included in the booking price - and for which I had no choice but to pay the day before I was due to check in - because I admit - I did not check the fine print first.<br/><br/>Maybe this is a British thing or maybe this is a "Airbnb" type thing. From my point of view, I never book Airbnb precisely because of the hidden costs or cleaning costs etc. I have always used Booking.com because the price is the price ..... and most of the time, I have never had to worry about the fine print .... so this time, I was caught out. Actually, the damage insurance fee just made us feel uncomfortable and with all of the bad press that Airbnb and private short stay hosting is receiving these days ..... I can understand why people will utlimately choose hotel style accomodations again - especially since hotels are now also offering self catering larger style rooms these days.<br/><br/>However, I will point out that we did not damage anything and we did not get charged for any damage and we did not have a bad experience during our stay - quite the opposite because the apartment is really nice and in a wonderful part of Liverpool. The insurance or damage bond fee - just made me realise that the days of private hosting could be coming to an end - we are still the guests afterall - are we not? Perhaps there are some very bad guests - but we are not one of those - I have been on Booking,com since the beginning in 1996 - I am a genius level 3 member and I am sure there are many like me.

The location was perfect for our requirements. The accommodation itself was beautiful and well laid out. Was well presented<br/><br/>The sofa bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The worse I have ever slept on you could actually feel the mechanisms. bedroom was stiffing hot. Tower fan was provided, but all it did was circulate the warm air. Biggest gripe was we were there for 3 nights. I reported that the TV in the main living area wasn't working. Explained the importance of this to me, as the purpose of my trip was accompanying a disabled child who was accessing medical treatment locally, unable to go out, so having a working TV was really important as my only source of entertainment. Despite reporting it daily, no one bothered to get back to me or made any attempt to fix it. No apology either. Lots of hidden charges in regards to security deposits/ additional insurances which were not obvious when it was booked. Would not book any properties managed by this host company again

Great location. Modern and well kept. Plenty of bathrooms which is helpful when travelling as a group. Nice, spacious seating areas.<br/><br/>Upstairs bedrooms have sloped roofs which might not be suitable for all guests. Bathrooms upstairs didn’t have windows so there was little air circulation.

Beds were a bit hard and it was very noisy the first night with other guests in another apartment being noisy coming into the property. You could hear voices loudly and banging of doors.

Comfortable bed and seating Plenty of room to relax. Parking permit for a quiet road. Small kitchen area but functional . One minor point, a little extra effort in cleaning the hob fully around the controls. A small kitchen trolley would go a long way to alleviate this obstacle.<br/><br/>Hob still had some grease around the controls. Kitchen work top space functional but limited.

Not fit for paying customers , when we arrived there was water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom from neighbour above, either from a broken loo or shower , we couldn’t use the facilities due to this, we asked to be moved , this was declined , a maintenance person visited and advised it was fixed but as soon as the above apartment used their bathroom the same problem happened. We complained , no help was given so we left with our 2 small children and booked into another hotel at our own expense. We have now spent the last 2 months waiting on Host & Stay to process our complaint and provide us with a refund, the service quite frankly has been disgusting. I will never book with this company again.

Well decorated, modern, spacious flat ideally located for all the sites and restaurants in Liverpool. It’s in a quiet area and a stones throw from both cathedrals. All the restaurants on Bold St were only a short walk away. My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay.<br/><br/>The property was fine, but the company which owns it requires a deposit for breakages etc. This isn’t stated clearly up front, but it’s in the small print and they keep £10 as an admin fee. Given we are in the times of election transfers and this is on top of the rental charge, I’m baffled why they need an admin fee when it’s just a click of a button. Also, it takes 10 working days to return the deposit which is too long, given the flat was checked as soon as we left.

Rooms are spacious and they have everything you could need.

De eerste ochtend bleek de riolering verstopt, waardoor het rioolwater door wc, douche en bad omhoog kwam. Het probleem werd serieus genomen en de verstopping werd gelukkig verholpen, maar de volgende dag was het probleem weer terug. Erg vies. En niet mogelijk om van het sanitair gebruik te maken.

Great location - quiet areas but walkable to everywhere too would want to see, nice big space, good kitchen facilities.<br/><br/>Bathroom was an issue. For an apartment that size (3 double bedrooms and two double sofa beds) there was only 1 bathroom/toilet for which the plumbing could not handle everyone having a shower/using the toilet. During our stay the toilet/shower/sink all backed up when only a few people had used it which left half the group unable to shower and meant we were late for our event. We called the host who told us to find a plunger at the property which we could not locate. Told a maintenance crew would visit but they were unavailable, no one called us back to advise what was happening. By the time we got home the facilities had cleared but backed up again the next morning when they were used again. The shower is also more akin to what you would get in a caravan not a large Georgian house.

A pesar de que el alojamiento estaba muy limpio, las camas estupendas, que el piso estaba muy bien y la localización estaba bien hubo muchas cosas que hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia nefasta. En primer lugar, al llegar no funcionaron los códigos que nos proporcionaron tuvimos que llamar a atención al cliente con el costo que eso nos supuso y la mujer que contestaba el teléfono nos colgaba…. Por lo que tuvimos que llamar varias veces hasta que nos atendió debidamente. A pesar de reservar para 8 personas no había sábanas para el sofá-cama solo un edredón. Había poco papel higiénico para tantas personas se nos acabó y tuvimos que comprar. Faltaba una toalla. Y lo más impactante es que la puerta de entrada al piso no se bloqueaba y se quedaba abierta con todas nuestras pertenencias dentro por lo que no era nada seguro, podía haber entrado cualquier persona ajena al alojamiento… También llamamos y no recibimos ninguna solución nos hacían mandarles videos y toda la información por correo electrónico en vez de enviar a alguien inmediatamente a resolver el problema. Para tener que pagar tanto dinero y además una cobertura de daños (algo nunca visto en ningún país) es inaceptable que pase todo esto…

Lovely apartment, perfectly located

Standard apartment in the middle is very very nice indeed. Really nicely done out, very well equipped , cozy big beds and bathroom with a bath and shower.<br/>Tea and coffee and condiments provided which we appreciated as we made a cooked breakfast.<br/>Owners even left chocolates and a card for my daughter as it was her birthday.<br/>Location excellent in my favourite part of Liverpool so beautiful and quiet , great walk into town past lots of pubs bars restaurants and shops.<br/>Liverpool just gets better every time always so much going on there and new things to see and do.<br/>Architecture amazing and the people and atmosphere are the best in uk in my opinion!<br/>Will definitely book this place again in the future.<br/>Thank you to our hosts who were so helpful throughout.

DISAPPOINTING OVERALL - SPOILT OUR WEEKEND!<br/>Positive:<br/>- Location is good, apartment is attractively furnished<br/>Negatives:<br/>- Charges should be communicated BEFORE booking - a week before arrival, requesting a £250 deposit AND charging me a non returnable fee for this!<br/>- One parking permit for an 8 person apartment is poor. Had to park far away!<br/>- Poor maintenance - on arrival we reported a broken blind (which wouldn't close) & 3 flickering faulty lightbulbs - never sorted<br/>- Missing towels - reported, promised to be delivered, never arrived<br/>- Cheap apartment conversion (paper thin walls) kept awake until 2am by the guests in the apartment above - we could hear every conversation & every toilet flush & shower!<br/>- Red boiler light in downstairs bedroom very bright & hard to sleep with<br/>- The responses from Host & Stay were very frustrating - Possibly AI or bored employee?Half the time when I messaged with a question I was replied to with automated blurb which didn't answer my question!

The beds were very comfortable (my tall teenage son loved having a double bed to himself) and the apartment was very clean. They thought of everything from paper towel, to tea & coffee, to large fluffy towels, to a lovely little Xmas tree.<br/><br/>Perhaps a dishwasher but that is being very picky and I would not forgo that for a washing machine so no there was nothing I did not like.

The basement apartment was spacious, clean and located in an ideal location. We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. The 3 double bedrooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. The modern bathroom and shower was also a nice touch. The management company we dealt with were lovely to deal with and we didnt have any issues - they even left us a personalised note and box of chocolates as we were travelling for a special occasion. The apartment is about a 10/15 minute walk to concert square or really anywhere central within Liverpool so we couldnt fault that aspect of it either. Overall a great stay and one we would be sure to book again!<br/><br/>There were a few points however we feel must be mentioned in the interest of fairness. One of the sofa beds was broken and didnt pull out flat - we didnt need this space but just something to be mindful of if travelling in a larger group. The apartment was a small bit noisy during the night and in the early morning - the ceiling is very thin and hollow so you can hear people walking in and out of the main hallway quite easily. The radiator in the main bedroom kept on making a strange clicking sound but this is something that can be fixed quite easily. Other than those points I couldnt fault it on anything else and for the price this stay is deffo worth the money.

The apartment was in a good location 10 mins walk into town, it was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 9.<br/><br/>We didn't like the fact that there was only room for 1 car ... the apartment sleeps 12 people and really could do with at least 1 more space, so we had to pay to park one of our cars we travelled up in.<br/>Also what we didn't like was the owners use of a firm called superhog who did the damage waiver before hand .... they actually took £250 from our card (not just a holding payment ) a week before our stay and charged :£10 administration costs for doing so.<br/>They told us this will be returned 8 days after our stay ... we have told the owners and superhog this is not normal practice .... to actually charge your card for damage waiver and an administration cost .... this we feel is not right.<br/>So we are warning others what to expect.

It was like a home, well proportioned and in a superb location for our visit to Liverpool.<br/><br/>One of the sofa beds was broken. It would have helped if in the rooms with two double beds the hosts had made one of them two single beds instead.

Fabulous location. Very close to the city centre, couldn’t ask for a better location. Very nice apartments. Stylish and comfortable.<br/><br/>Property itself was clean but amenities were not, glasses and stains/lipstick on them and there was mould in the coffee machine! 2 rolls of toilet paper only for 8 guests, when more was requested we were advised they would not provide anymore which was disappointing. Also there is a £10 admin fee charged on the security deposit that is not listed anywhere. Unfortunately the stay was disappointing considering it cost so much. I would not recommend.

The apartment was in a fabulous location - everything was within easy walking or driving distance. Having the parking permit was really handy and we were able to park right outside for our 3 day stay. The apartment was spacious and clean and it was ideal for 3 of us as we all had a double bedroom each! Loved the sofas, as we were able to chill and watch TV in comfort. The apartment was very nicely decorated and furnished, although we thought (if we were being picky) that the hallway/stairs could perhaps do with a repaint/carpet clean. Overall, we had a brilliant stay in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Liverpool - we did the hop on hop off bus tour and the Beatles bus tour, Albert Docks, went on the Mersey ferry, both cathedrals, the Baltic Market, Crosby to see the Anthony Gormley statues to name a few of the things we did! Katy, Joe and team are very proactive, well organised with information and instructions!

Brilliant location, just out of the bustle and noise of the city but literally 10 mins stroll and you are in the centre. Canning St is a beautiful, friendly area and we felt completely at ease walking into and out of town. It's completely silent and peaceful at night. The Cathedral is a 3 min walk and definitely worth a visit. Amazing structure<br/><br/>Apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean, towels and bedclothes were fresh and crisp, beds were comfy. Shower is good and rooms are bright and airy. Lots of light coming into the two bedrooms. Windows are massive and open right up.<br/><br/>Overall, couldn't fault it. The property was a real home from home and in an excellent location as my son graduated from University and the philharmonic hall was walking distance. We never used the car after parking outside as everything is so close and the centre of Liverpool is only 15 mins walk away. Only 3 of us stayed which was ok but it can accommodate 7 and that makes it a really cheap option to visit Liverpool.The staff were great and entry instructors were perfect with no problems<br/><br/>Not a lot

The property was very spacious with a large living, dining and kitchen area. The 3 bedrooms were great with a double bed in each. The kitchen had everything you need. The hosts were very prompt in their responses.<br/><br/>Unfortunately we had to move properties on our second day due to a power cut/issue. However, the hosts were very prompt in their response and moved us to an apartment just along the road. The apartment had 5 bedrooms (but we only needed 3) and 2 bathrooms (bonus for us) but the living, dining and kitchen area was much smaller.

It was very clean and great location.<br/><br/>A bit complicated “check-in” process. Also when we arrived, the parking permit was missing and we needed to arrange the parking at the parking park nearby which was obviously paid and interrupted our plans during the day.

When we arrived, I was a little nervous because the two previous properties we stayed in (not connected to this company) were awful, but this property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, roomy with an upscale feel. Next time we visit Liverpool, we would love to stay here again.<br/><br/>The property can get warm. I think the roll blinds should be left down on arrival day if it is hot outside. Possibly one more fan and a second extension cord for purposes of blowing drying hair in front of mirror. In the grand scheme, these are all small minor things really.

Brilliant stay, the apartment was exactly as posted and exactly as the photos show. All linen was clean and and the decor of the place was great. The instructions to get in were clear and easy and the house sits in a beautiful area of Liverpool with parking close by. The rooms were all of a good size and decorated fantastically with all the amenities you could need for a great stay. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but were of a good standard. Our only downside was only one bathroom and toilet I feel there is enough space to put an en-suite into one of the rooms. Also you can hear people walking around in the floors above. But All in all a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

It's a 4 person apartment but there is actually only one very large bedroom and then a sofa bed in the kitchen. <br/>The fridge is very noisy overnight and there is a lot of noise from the pipes and floors of the apartments above .<br/>There is only a parking permit for 1 car and no free parking nearby.<br/>Considering the high price of the apartment and description, it wasn't as good as expected.

This place is great and exactly as the description said. Joe & Katie went out of their way to ensure we had a great time in Liverpool - even kindly changing our flat when they realised we were with some elderly relatives so might want a quieter vibe.<br/>Definitely recommend and we had a great time.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented in an ideal location. The hosts were helpful and informative from start to finish and went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful.<br/><br/>The apartment had everything we needed, and more, with fantastic facilities and added touches to make it really special.<br/><br/>We visited during an exceptionally cold and snowy spell so the apartment was quite cold. However, I messaged the hosts and they promptly replied with a troubleshooting guide and it was lovely and warm in no time!

The apartment was lovely, clean and within walkable distance of the city centre! The hosts were friendly and attentive, as they were the last time I stayed with them. The only downside for us was a noise complaint we had received on Saturday evening, according to the instructions we saw in the building quiet time was between 22:00-8:00 but someone complained about us playing music at 8. So it would be something to bear in mind if you were staying at this location. Apart from that our stay was great and we would be happy to return again!

Great location , about a 15 minute walk to Liverpool centre area. Easy accessible property lovely furnished, very clean and tidy property. The keyless entry was a great thing as could all return to the property at different times without any aggravation. Free parking with a permit right outside the front door. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Really lovely apartments. Alot if nice little touches, fresh earplugs next to the beds and a birthday card from the host for my dads 60th birthday! Had a great stay and would 100% stay again.<br/><br/>Heaters are tempermental but worked well once you get the hang of them.

Decorated to a high standard, good facilities, good location.<br/><br/>The bathroom wasn't clean there was urine all over the floor which we had to clean up on arrival.<br/><br/>The noise throughout the day and night in the front bedroom was so unsettling, you could hear word for word conversions from people on the street the windows are so thin.<br/> Every car and passer you could hear perfectly and constantly day and night as a result we hardly slept for 3 nights even with earplugs. At one point I slept on the sofa in the lounge to escape the noise.

Good location. Communication was succinct. Clean and homely. <br/>I didn't notice there was one shower and one bath in the same room. So for the family of 6- there was a bit of a qué to use the toilet and bathroom. That might be oversight from me. If you are ok with that, there is nothing to fault the property. 5 ?.

Family of 6 including 1 toddler, stayed at this great apartment. Fully equipped with everything you would need, great space. Only downside would be one bathroom for 6 (or could be 8 if you used the sofa beds) is a little tough when trying to all get ready. Sofas are also a little hard and can get uncomfortable but that’s a very minor complaint! Hosts were brilliant & kept you informed about everything. Excellent location, near everything you would need but not near enough for things to be loud in a large city. <br/>Would 100% stay here again! Thank you

clean and well equipped. location good for us too. comfy beds. good size fridge. liked that there were tea bags etc in the apartment.<br/><br/>lack of plug sockets particularly near mirrors. made it difficult with 5 women trying to dry/style their hair! bathroom floor was dangerously slippy when we arrived so whatever the cleaners are using they need to stop. it was better on day 2. instructions said load dishwasher - where was it?? there were dishwasher tablets but we failed to find the machine!<br/>10am is too early to check out so we appreciated 11am late checkout. it needs to be 11 or 12. an extra bathroom/loo for apartment for 5 would probably what we would look for next time.

The apartment is lovely and well stocked with all you need. Condiments were even provided. Tge beds are extremely comfortable and the heating can be easily controlled in each room. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a retreat or sightseeing break rather than a boisterous 'party time' as it deserves respect.<br/><br/>There was nothing nothing I didn't like about the apartment. I would say as someone with poor health and struggling, I found the £250 deposit difficult but understand this is expected rate in most private apartments now. We stayed for my daughters operation at the eye hospital so it wasn't a leisurely break for us unfortunately and wasn't as convenient for the hospital as thought. However we were comfortable staying here.

We had a fantastic stay here in October. Easy check in, quiet location and great hosts who were constantly in touch prior to our arrival to make sure everything was OK.<br/>The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and perfectly located for the short walk into the City Centre. Very good location, walking distance from the centre with plenty to see en route. The walk back is uphill but doable! Access to the apartment was very easy. The hosts were easy to communicate with via the app. The couch-bed is comfortable. Lots of helpful information about Liverpool was sent to us in advance and also provided in a folder in the apartment. The accommodation was clean and comfy and we would certainly recommend it.<br/><br/>One toilet/bathroom for 7 ladies took a bit of coordination but we managed fine!

Spacious accommodation in a good location. Very clean with all amenities. Bedrooms are not en-suite so larger groups must decide if one bathroom will suffice, though our group of five coped ok. Free parking directly outside the property a huge bonus. Communication first rate. The team's online guide to Liverpool was most useful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

In het echt nog groter en mooier dan op de foto's. Keurig schoon, comfortabel appartement wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Top dat er ook een parkeerkaart bij was zodat wij het gehele verblijf onze auto voor de deur konden parkeren.<br/><br/>Ik miste alleen de vaatwasser.

We had an amazing stay at the property, it's very close to the city centre's main attractions and the property itself is clean and modern with all the facilities we needed. The only downside is that there was only one bathroom for the six of us, but we managed! Would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was spacious, centrally located, and true to the photos online. Even though the apartment is in the basement it still gets lots of light and is very quiet. Questions to the host were answered quickly and accurately. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is great. Really stylishly decorated and in a great location, right by the Anglican cathedral and a fifteen minute walk, downhill, into town.<br/>The sleeping arrangement in sitting room, on sofa beds, was noisy, as the guests in other apartments were up early using showers. I'd suggest taking earplugs if you are planning on using the sofa beds. The area is lovely, quiet and feels very safe. This was a great apartment, the bedrooms were lovely, and all three were really quiet. Comfy beds, and everything was very clean.

Great apartment, well located close to the cathedral with easy access to the city. Plenty of spaces for off street parking. Basement apartment but plenty of windows and light. I would definitely book it again if needed.

Excellent apartment in historic terrace. Lots of space for family of 5. Close to Hope Street and Duke Street restaurants and bars. Great breakfast in Moose Coffee or The Quarter. 10-15 min walk to Liverpool Central train station. Airport bus drops off just down the hill opposite Chinatown. Recommend ghost tours of Anglican Cathedral cemetery, just round the corner.

Good place to stay! Just 5 minutes walk from the centre in a more quit area. We stayed with 7 man and it was super for us. The only thing i missed was an dishwasher! For the rest good bedrooms, bathroom, location and livingroom kitchen!

Die Lage ist perfekt, gleich um die Ecke der Kathedrale. Die Unterkunft ist sehr komfortabel mit Allem was man braucht ausgestattet und zudem sehr modern eingerichtet.

This was a nice spacious flat in a fantastic location, literally minutes away from the cathedral. I booked this flat for a family visit to Liverpool with my parents, so we were a range of ages (25 to 62), and the flat was suitable for all. Worth mentioning its a basement flat with some steep stairs on the way down, but the flat was as described. Check in was easy and the flat was well equipped. The only issue we had was a random fault in the smoke alarms caused all the fire alarms to go off at 6am on the last night - hopefully that's a one off though!<br/>Would stay here again as it was good value for the number of rooms and location

Beautiful modern apartment, furnished to a high standard. The layout is nice and the rooms are private unlike a lot of group properties in Liverpool where they want you to sleep 10 in one room. <br/>It had everything we needed apart from an iron, but I’ve stayed in places that don’t even supply the basics for you, so I’d think it was just an over-sight as there was an ironing board.<br/><br/>There was a few issues with the door latches not working or magnetising properly, but we got it to work eventually, the front door probably needs replacing altogether, just for ease for the customer. I’d like it to be straight forward and easy.
