Guest services Advisor: Full Time

This job involves receiving inbound phone calls, emails, web chats and social media interactions from guests or potential guests who need support in making a booking, questions about an existing booking, or guests already staying in a holiday home. The role will require you to work different patterns, and will incorporate weekdays, weekends and evenings depending on the shift.

Minimum Requirements

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Well organised and good time management

Flexible with the ability to thrive under pressure

Competent with computer systems, and MS Office

Main Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service and guest satisfaction

Address guest communications in a timely manner

Ability to insert a personal touch into every interaction

Offer guidance and advice on portfolio
