Whether you're planning a family holiday, long-awaited gathering, or large corporate stay, look no further as these combined listings can accommodate up to 18 guests! Each unit is fully equipped with comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. Be mesmerised by the charming Georgian location, with stunning architecture and beautiful cobbled streets right at your front door.

The Space

Situated in Liverpool's historic Georgian Quarter, Canning Quarters II and III provides the perfect accommodation to enjoy this charming neighbourhood while staying close to the city centre. With two combined apartments accommodating up to 18 guests, it’s ideal for an unforgettable trip with family or friends. The first unit, located on the first floor, is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a dressing table that doubles as a desk. The second bedroom offers a double bed and another Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows and apps. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bath, an overhead shower, a WC, and a washbasin. The second unit is a two-storey, five-bedroom apartment located on the second and third floors. On the lower floor, you'll find an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, the main bathroom (featuring a bath with overhead shower, WC, and basin), and two bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and the other a twin. The upper floor houses three double bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a shower, WC, and basin. With the exception of the twin bedroom, all bedrooms feature a Smart TV for your entertainment. Both apartments boast open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas with contemporary décor and high-quality appliances. The living spaces include sofa beds for two and wall-mounted Smart TVs, while the kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine for a perfect brew anytime. For added convenience, you'll have access to two washing machines during your stay!

Neighbourhood

Canning Quarters II and III sit at the heart of the Georgian Quarter, close to the iconic St Luke’s Church, often referred to as 'The Bombed Out Church.' The Georgian Quarter boasts some of Liverpool’s most striking architecture, including the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, all just a short walk from the apartment. This charming area is celebrated for its rich history, cobbled streets, and a peaceful, friendly community. Hope Street, renowned for its fantastic restaurants and cosy cafes, is less than a 10-minute stroll away. If you are looking to head into the bustling city centre, this is just a short walk away - or you can even hop on the bus, making this the perfect location for all different interests and occasions!

Getting Around

There is a bus stop on Catharine Street, just a short walk away from the apartment. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in or out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Other things to note

To minimise disruption to our neighbours & guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, hen or party groups are not allowed in our apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building • Unfortunately, reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.

Guests have full access to Canning Quarters I and II. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in. The two-bedroom apartment is on the first floor, reached by two flights of stairs, while the five-bedroom, two-storey unit is on the second floor, accessible via four flights of stairs. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building. Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building. The apartments are located within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. A total of two parking permits for on-street parking are provided for your stay, allowing parking for two vehicles. Please ensure the permits are left at the property upon checkout to avoid penalty fines. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.
