The Falkner Quarters I and II is a collection of two beautifully designed apartments located in the same building, available to book as one listing, making it perfect for large group stays. The first apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors. Both bedrooms are furnished with super-king-size beds that sleep up to two guests each, along with additional sofa beds that can accommodate one adult or two children in each room. For your entertainment, a large Smart TV is provided in every bedroom. The living room, equipped with two double sofa beds, ensures that all 10 guests in your group can comfortably stay in this apartment. You’re in for a treat, as this unit boasts a luxurious corner Jacuzzi bath for everyone to enjoy. The bathroom also includes a separate shower, WC, and basin for your convenience. Additionally, there is a second bathroom featuring a sleek, modern design and a power shower. The second apartment is another spacious unit, offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a king-size bed for two guests, Bedroom 2 also features a king-bed for two, and Bedroom 3 comes with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed. The first bedroom provides extra comfort and convenience with its own modern kitchenette, complete with an Espresso coffee machine and a desk for work or vanity use. The living room also includes a double sofa bed, accommodating two more guests. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with large Smart TVs, ensuring plenty of entertainment options for the maximum of eight guests who can stay in this second apartment. Fitted with two modern and pristine bathrooms - one featuring a bath with an overhead shower, and the other equipped with just a shower. Both bathrooms include a WC and basin. Overall, you will have two fully equipped kitchen and dining areas - one in each apartment. Each apartment features a spacious dining table to accommodate your group, along with everything you need to prepare a meal for dining in. This includes a microwave, kettle, oven, hob, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and more. Central within the Georgian Quarter, this space comes with gorgeous single-glazed windows and window shutters, giving you a taste of the Georgian living style. **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is an ideal location for a harmonious Georgian living experience. As you leave the front door, you are on the steps of some of Liverpool's finest architecture and the local neighbourhood stands proud in its beauty. It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the city centre where you'll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues.
For parking, there are pay and display bays on Blackburne Place. The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 2 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
•Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted.
Guests have full access to The Falkner Quarters I and II . We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock and key safe systems combined, with full details shared shortly before your arrival. The two-storey apartment is situated on the ground floor, while the three-bedroom unit is located on the second floor. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building. Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building. The apartments are located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Byliśmy tu już drugi raz będąc ponownie w Liverpoolu. To najlepsza rekomendacja. W zimne dni, jeśli apartament wcześniej nie jest wynajmowany, warto wcześniej włączyć ogrzewanie, tak aby w momencie przyjazdu gości był już nagrzany. Musieliśmy czekać kilkanaście godzin aby pomieszczenia nagrzały się optymalnie.
