Located in the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool and within easy walking distance of the city centre, The Georgian Quarters at Bedford V and VI are ideally situated for enjoying a quiet stay while still experiencing the vibrant city! Spread across two cosy apartments, a total of eight guests are welcome. The first apartment is a studio unit with a modern white and grey finish, boasting views of the captivating Georgian neighbourhood. The open-plan layout combines the bedroom, living, and dining areas with a wall partition that creates a sense of privacy between the bedroom and living space. Fitted with a double bed and a luxurious double sofa bed, the studio unit comfortably sleeps up to four guests. A desk is positioned just by the bed — perfect for use as a vanity or for work and study. The kitchen is separate and offers ample space for cooking a good meal. The bathroom is spotless and fitted with a standard shower, WC, and washbasin. The second apartment is a top-floor, one-bedroom unit showcasing incredible views, overlooking Liverpool’s historic Anglican Cathedral with a glimpse of the city centre. Although accessing the apartment requires climbing some flights of stairs, the breathtaking scenery and sunset views from the living room make it well worth it! The bedroom is bright and airy, featuring a skylight over the double bed. It is fitted with a large wall-mounted TV for unwinding, a wardrobe for your storage needs, and a desk that can be utilised for work or as a dressing table. The living room boasts a luxurious sofa bed that can sleep two guests, along with a modern marble-style dining table that seats up to four. The bathroom is sparkling clean and features a shower over bath, a standard-sized bathtub, WC, and wash basin. Each living room provides a perfect setting to unwind, with a large Smart TV offering aerial channels. Every kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, including an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, and much more! Both apartments feature a modern and stylish design, complemented by wooden floors and elegant furniture, creating a harmonious ambience and sophisticated aesthetic.
Located in the heart of Liverpool's Georgian Quarter, this property offers the perfect base to explore the city's rich history. The area is home to some of the most stunning architecture in Liverpool, with scenic buildings and charming cobbled streets that provide a truly authentic Georgian experience. You’ll find iconic landmarks like The Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and The Philharmonic Hall — all within walking distance. It’s also a short stroll to Hope Street and the city centre, where you’ll discover a wide range of restaurants, cafes, theatres, and concert venues.
The nearest bus stop is on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk from the property. From here, you can easily catch a bus to Liverpool City Centre or travel out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations are around a 20-minute walk away, offering connections in and out of the city. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
To minimise disruption to our neighbours & guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, hen or party groups are not allowed in our apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately, reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
Guests have full access to The Georgian Quarters at Bedford V and VI. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in. Comprising two separate apartments, the studio unit is on the second floor, accessible via four flights of stairs, while the one-bedroom unit is on the top floor, reached by five flights of stairs. The two units are not internally connected but can be accessed via a shared communal staircase within the building. The apartments are within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. Two parking permits are provided for on-street parking, allowing space for two vehicles. Please leave the permits at the property upon checkout to avoid penalty fines. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.
Good location In the lead up to our stay, we received multiple messages a day with repetitive and unnecessary information which was really annoying and something we’ve never experienced before. All the information could have easily been sent at one time or just not sent at all Shower took ages to heat up.
