La facilité d'accès, nous sommes arrivés tard nous avons fait un self check in très facilement, tout était clair dans les instructions pour récupérer les clefs. L'appartement est très bien situé, et la taille du logement parfaite. Service client H24 super pratique ! Bouilloire et café a dispo.<br/><br/>Nous avions précisé que nous arrivions tard, nous étions 3 voyageurs (appartement avec une chambre) à notre arrivée à 2h du matin, le canapé lit n'était pas déplié et fait, une déception. J'ai appelé le service client aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. De plus attention : Les photos sur Booking peuvent induire en erreur : nous n'avions pas du tout l'appartement avec deux chambres et canapé marron malgré ce qui était montré sur la page booking. A notre arrivée l'appartement était plus petit avec une chambre et un canapé lit.

Great location in the city, we stayed in flat C the only downside is there are very steep stairs as the apartment is over 2 floors and some wear and tear on some walls but nothing horrendous! A bargain for the price and location and a great size apartment plus on street parking! <br/>Me and my guests were happy with the place and would likely stay again if we came back! X

This apartment is beautiful and in such a lovely part of the city. The decor and Beatles touches were lovely, and the flat had everything we needed including a car parking permit. It was fantastic value for money considering how many people this apartment can sleep, and all the bedrooms were good sizes. The corner stairs are very narrow in the middle so use with caution! Lovely little touches too like lots of condiments, plenty of tea/coffee and a guide with suggestions on things to do. The Georgian Quarter is a stunning part of Liverpool and an easy walk away from the two cathedrals.

It was light and nicely furnished. Love having a bath as well as shower. <br/>The sofa bed was very easy to use. <br/>Good amount of hanging space and room for luggage. <br/>The location was excellent. A 20 min walk into the city, close to the cathedrals and nice places to eat.<br/><br/>Noise was the big factor, the property seems to lack any sort of soundproofing. My 2 friends there for the first 2 nights didn’t get much sleep. When the 2 children ran across the floor, ( as children do) and it sounded like a heard of elephants! We were then worried that the flat downstairs were worried by us walking around. <br/>In the back bedroom the noise from the bathroom upstairs was also an issue.<br/>The shower pressure wasn’t great and complicated to use. Need something to hold onto when getting in and out and a shelf to put toiletries on. <br/>Both rugs need cleaned and the front bedroom rug needs a non slip mat underneath, my friend rolled it up as she slid when stepping on it.,<br/>Was dismayed at how difficult the booking procedure was, not the usual and not happy about the extra insurance required / or bond. Never had this on booking .com before.

A group of 9 stayed in this apartment for a graduation ceremony. The apartment was incredibly clean and in a fantastic location- very close to the city but also quiet enough for a restful sleep. The check-in instructions were also very easy to follow.<br/><br/>Nothing really, the only slight negative was that we had more than one car with us and there was only one parking permit available at the property.

Location was the only thing I liked.<br/><br/>Fridge was dirty when we arrived has to clean it myself, not what I want to be doing when I’m on a weekend break with my family. Noise was atrocious from other apartments as we were middle floor I could hear everything from upstairs. Got 2 hours sleep if that.

Dining table was right under the tv on the wall. Table only had 4 chairs. Wasn’t 100% clean when we arrived. Cobwebs, previous guests rubbish in drawers, loose plug socket in bedroom.<br/>Uncomfortable sofa bed. Had to sleep on the floor instead. Apartment too small for 6 people

Nice decoration inside.<br/><br/>Property generally grubby. Wasn't mentioned it was up 3 flights of stairs despite me telling the company beforehand my 92 y/o grandmother was coming. No bedding sheets for the sofabed. Really small rooms.

The property was very clean and plenty of cutlery, glasses, bedding and towels.<br/><br/>It advertised two bathrooms.. clearly wasn’t checked before our arrival. One of the showers didn’t work. Meaning 9 had to share a bathroom. Was reported on the Friday and the communication was really poor. We reported an issue with the smoke alarm continuously beeping on the Friday and was again promised a call back and there was no answer.<br/>There was only a few toilet rolls. We ended up running out on the last day as it was stated there was enough toilet rolls.<br/>Next time, they need to check their amenities before advertising two bathrooms!

Schöne Lage, nett eingerichtet.<br/><br/>Vorab die Kommunikation hat mir absolut nicht gefallen. Ich konnte die Kaution nicht über Kreditkarte zahlen, es gab seitens der Agentur kein Entgegenkommen. Es gab etliche unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner, die immer wieder mich vertröstet haben. Auch der Rückruf ist bis heute nicht erwidert worden. Zudem ist die Wohnung extrem hellhörig und liegt an einer dicht befahrenen Straße. Verkehrslärm. Ausziehsofa sehr unbequem und wuitschig.

Property was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We were a family of 4 adults and 1 child.<br/><br/>The property could have been cleaned a bit better. The bins were emptied from the previous occupiers. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Didn’t seem like it had been swept either. However the beds and linen were all clean and comfy.

The location was in a gorgeous part of the city. Amazing pub and breakfast places 5 mins walk. We walked into the city centre in less than 15 mins also. Even quicker in a cab. Beds weren’t the comfiest i’ve stayed in but also it’s not a hotel. The kitchen was clean as were the toilets but always room for improvement.The upstairs bathroom was one of the nicest i’ve ever seen. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses and ware. The finish on the bedrooms was lovely and cosy and each room had a tv which was great for some down time. Will definitely stay again.<br/><br/>One pillow per person per bed and the matress’s were a bit thin. Lots of stairs with suitcases but that’s out of control as it’s an old building.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem typisch, englischen Townhouse. Mein Bett war sehr bequem. Schnelles Internet und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Lage ist ideal, wenn man es ruhig möchte fernab vom Trubel. Dennoch, innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man auf der Boldstreet. Alles im allem hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal.<br/><br/>Gewöhnungsbedürftiger Duschmechanismus im<br/>Bad. Das Schlafsofa hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Komplette Wohnung wird mit Strom geheizt, die Fenster sind sicher nicht Isolierverglast. Muss der Vermieter selber wissen, nachhaltig ist das jedoch nicht. Das Haus ist dem Alter entsprechend sehr gepflegt, jedoch sieht man auf dem zweiten Blick hier und da ein paar Kleinigkeiten die dem Wohnerlebnis allerdings nichts nehmen. Das Haus ist generell sehr hellhörig, haben in Flat B gewohnt und jeden Schritt von oben gehört. Ich würde aber sicher wiederkommen.

Had a really nice stay for a work trip with myself and four colleagues. The flat was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is 10-15 min walk from the town centre. The team were also very good at communicating and quick to response. Would definitely recommend.

The location is close to the university and it is walkable into the city.<br/><br/>There was a overwhelming sickly smell on entry to the building which lingered throughout our stay. This really put me off the place. The apartment is smaller than it looks on the pictures but it is comfortable enough and nicely decorated . There is a bit of wear and tear and the shower pressure is terrible. The bathroom door did not close properly. <br/><br/>There was an awful lot of contact about what the purpose or our trip was, our ages etc. I understand the hen parties aren’t wanted but it was fairly clear we weren’t going to party considering we were a family of 3. I also contacted them following the trip about a piece of lost property and they have been extremely poor in their response. I have sent messages and phoned but now that our money has been paid, they do not seem interested in helping.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Everyone looks very new and the location is very close to the city centre. The TV was especially create due to the size.<br/><br/>The bed was a bit small for our liking and my pillow had a hole in it that left the inside exposed. Also the back garden was full of trash (this is probably because they are refurbishing the upstairs what it seems like). Furthermore, its a bit noise because the windows have single glass on the street side.

Arrived at property to find the front and back doors wide open, construction sounds from ground floor, dirty staircase to the apartment (due to building works)<br/>Apartment itself was up 4 flights of stairs, making access difficult! There is another steep staircase within the apartment leading to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. This staircase had 2 bare steps where carpet was missing and rough, splintered chipboard exposed!<br/>One bedroom window was held open by blocks of wood and overlooked a back yard FULL of builders rubble. <br/>The common space said to accommodate 12 people dining was not big enough for this purpose, we couldn’t fit 5 people around the table let alone 12 in the room once the sofa bed is open. <br/>We did not feel safe with doors open, construction etc. found a hotel for the night. Host messaged 2 hours AFTER check in time informing us of the work and were extremely unsympathetic in how we felt. This info should have come to us upon requesting to book, not when too late to cancel!!

Location<br/><br/>Sofa bed in the living room was horrible to sleep on for two people. The mattress and sofa springs do not hold the weight of a person properly . It should be definitely replaced .<br/>There are no shelves in the bathroom so nowhere to store your toiletries. <br/>Apartment has a bit of mould smell.

Location was excellent . We were there for a graduation . Service provided by Charlie the host was excellent . Very prompt , informative and professional in all communications.<br/><br/>Absolute tip out the back of the property. In addition to what looked like a builder had just dumped the entire contents of a house clearance out the back bins were over flowing with domestic litter all over the floor . Not great if you are a smoker as this was the only place to go !<br/>First floor landing stunk of sick which didn’t go for the two days we were there. Not good as this is where the door to our appartment was. Whilst clean the appartment , especially kitchen dinning room had an overpowering smell of Chinese takeaway. Again had to open all the windows whist we were there and the smell didn’t dissipate whilst we were there.

We were visiting Liverpool for the Grand National and stayed in a one bed flat on the ground floor of this property with my sister and her partner too. The property sleeps 4 with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room area. We did not meet the owner but communication was fantastic. Any questions were answered promptly and we were provided with clear directions, advice about things to do, places to eat in the locality etc. We were given a code for the main door and lock box for key collection which worked perfectly. The apartment is located in a lovely residential area within a 10 minute walk of the city centre. It is well equipped and we had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and a comfortable place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to others and hope to stay again ourselves.

it was clean comfortable the perfect size had everything we needed was only round the corner from a shop also<br/><br/>took us a while to work out the heating so was really cold when we first got there but it wasn’t a big negative as it soon warmed up once we put it on

We spent 5 days in the apartment while visiting family in Liverpool. The location was excellent and the apartment was really well-maintained. There was plenty of space for our kids (a 10 year old, 5 year old and even room in the master bedroom for a travelcot). The hosts were always quick to reply to messages and they sent very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The only thing that would have improved the apartment is a better shower, but other than that we loved it and will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect stay, clean as a whistle. We ended up driving due to train strikes, so street parking was a major bonus. An ideal visit in an amazing - really amazing - city.

An attractive apartment which was extremely comfortable. We had a very relaxing time. It was furnished with everything we needed including little things like washing up liquid and teatowels. The staff were quick to respond if there were queries.<br/><br/>A check out later than 10am would be more reasonable, although we did know about this before-hand.

The location is great, it’s so beautiful in the Georgian Quarter. Two lovely restaurants are a couple of mins walk away and then it’s an easy walk into the city centre. It was clean and beds comfy. Beautiful space, super clean, well positioned, amazing communication, would recommend! Cancellation policy lacked a bit of flexibility so we had to pay for a night we didn't use but that was my oversight in not reading the policy properly beforehand. The team and booking were fabulous in all aspects apart from that!

Easy walk to the city of just over 1 mile. <br/>Clean and comfortable.<br/><br/>At night the road was a little noisy.

The apartment is as pretty as in the pictures and is situated in a nice location. Also the two rooms are very convenient when travelling as a group.<br/><br/>Since we were traveling with a baby, we wanted a clean, quiet apartment. But this is the opposite. Despite the ban on partying, it was very, very loud on 2 nights (and the walls are extremely thin) but what was even worse: it was incredibly dirty (see photos). There were expired products in the fridge, the dishes in the closet were absolutely disgustingly dirty, dust everywhere, the bathtub was a disgusting disaster and there was confetti everywhere. When I contacted the hotel about this, they said they sent a cleaning lady, but she didn't clean anything. all in all we had to clean for about an hour to get rid of the dirt of the predecessors.

Due to problems with connectivity I wasn't able to allows access my emails. I do think that once one has made a payment a telephonic follow-up should happen if no response is received via email. I speak under correction and perhaps I didn't read the terms and conditions but are all the requirements for the booking stated before one actually makes the payment? There was a problem with the security deposit and my bank card. My brother-in-law, who lives in the UK had a problem supplying his card details via email or telephonically due to scammers and hackers. A well appointed flat with great amenities. It was also well stocked with condiments and beverages. The location was great and the flat very comfortable. Good bathroom and lots of kitchen stuff. Checking in was easy. On street parking.<br/><br/>Two of the armchairs had broken legs which made sitting on them perilous. Sound traveled quite easily between flats which was worrying with a baby.

Great location, communication with the staff, all info provided in advance, apartment nicely decorated.<br/><br/>Unfortunately a lot depends on how lucky you are with the neighbours (other guests in the building), ours decided to ring the doorbell of every apartment in the middle of the night trying to get into the building, two nights in a row... you can also hear all the noise from other apartments.

The location was amazing because it was quiet and away from the city excitement, Which is great when you are trying to have a quiet night in<br/><br/>It was difficult to work the shower as the circuit breaker kept on clicking off intern switching off the hot water. we were not sure why this was happening.

Fabulous location in the Georgian quarter, close to everything with parking right out the front.<br/>Super comfy beds and fresh linens.<br/>We encountered some issues with shower as it shorted out numerous times and stopped water flow, we were only there for a short time, so it didn’t impact us too much.<br/>Tea and coffee provided, however make sure you bring some basic supplies like olive oil, etc, if you plan on cooking.<br/>The flat could have been a little cleaner to reflect the photos shown, however this has been mentioned to the host, so hopefully will be addressed.<br/>The apartment has a really nice quirky feel and we loved all the Beatles artwork and homage to Liverpool!

Lovely ground floor flat in the Georgian Quarter. Great decor. Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the parking permit too. The booking experience was also very good.<br/><br/>Sadly the sound proofing between ground and first flat wasn't good.

A car parking permit made parking outside the apartment easy. It was nice to have the kitchen to be able to make hot drinks whenever you want and breakfast. Central location in a residential street. We got the keys very easily thanks to the instructions given by the owner. Apartment B well equipped, bright and nicely furnished. Coffee machine and milk frother were a nice touch. There is everything you need to cook. Free car parking with permit.<br/><br/>Owner has replied to my email after 24 hr. Not sure why there were some dishwasher tablets in the apartment despite there wasn’t a dishwasher machine. Would have been nice to have more body wash as only one little sample was left despite being 5 people. Noisy neighbours upstairs, had to sleep using earplugs. Dining table top a bit unstable.

Apartment was wonderful! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great location and plenty of space. We were able to eat in a few nights which was great with younger kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds/rooms were comfortable. We walked all over Liverpool. Would recommend staying here.

Beautiful decor - very modern and stylish. Loved the modern touches. Very obvious a lot of effort went into the decoration. Both apartments were very spacious and so convenient that parking was available for free via permit right outside of the property! <br/> <br/>Hosts were sooo helpful prior to the visit, as well as during our stay. Facilities are great and easy to use.<br/><br/>Had a couple of issues with the shower - please be aware that water pressure is very low and temperatures fluctuated unexpectedly. Also a short (20ish) minute walk to the centre. <br/> <br/>Also worth noting all apartments are on separate floors in the same building - as we had 2 apartments booked, this meant travelling between the two floors to visit the other apartment. Not a big issue but worth noting

This was a lovely place to stay. The apartment was decorated beautifully and in a great location. Instructions and communication made checking in very easy. Only real complaint was that the shower was difficult to use and the water pressure was very weak. Apart from that, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We have stayed a second time at Katy, Joe & Team’s flat. It is tastefully furnished, comfortable, clean and well located for Liverpool city centre and university. On street parking a bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Lovely flat in a gorgeous part of Liverpool. Overall extremely clean and well decorated, comfortable beds and a nice building. Well equipped kitchen, but lacked some basics (salt, pepper etc.) to get started which would have been a nice touch. Shower pressure was extremely weak and had a tendency to go cold for a short time but I'd highly recommend taking a bath instead, the tub is great. If you're using the sofa bed, there is a bit of noise from the road so light sleepers should try and nab the double bedroom which is much quieter! <br/>Great communication from the hosts and would definitely stay again.

Location was good<br/><br/>No heating on when arrived-flat was freezing and only 2 small heaters for the entire flat.Completely inadequate heating. <br/>Bedroom window frame rattled the entire two nights and very noisy. <br/>Flat advertised for possibly 4-2 of us stayed and when our 2 children came to eat tiny table for 2 with 2 chairs. <br/>1 tiny soap ,shampoo and conditioner left for 2 adults for 2 days.

Fab apartment. Apartment C is on 2nd floor and accessed by 2 flights of stairs so may not suit someone with mobility challenges. Very comfortable king bed, really clean. Super location. Parking was easy outside the apartment. Would def stay again.

We needed a place to stay for family reasons and Katy and Joe’s flat was perfect. The flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for visiting the city centre attractions and walkable to the university precinct. It was really helpful having a parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

A very functional flat in a very attractive part of Liverpool. Well laid out and thought through. Everything new and super clean It is a good 20 mins walk into the centre, but you are very close to Hope Street/Faulkner Street food options. Also 10 mins to Bold Street/Seel Street restaurants and clubs. Baltic Triangle also only 15 mins away.

Had a great stay here. Firstly location is lovely all Georgian houses and cobbled streets. Easy walk into the city probably around 20 minutes and you can go past the cathedrals and some good restaurants and bars. Wonderful and true to the title, beautiful apartment. It is clean and the beds are rather comfy. Due to working long hours I only spent a small amount of time in the actual apartment but the facilities seem abundant and I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Liverpool.

Great apartment, a 20 minute walk from the docks so perfect for a couple of days in town. An issue with the parking permit was sorted in the hours before we arrived, and their offer to pay for our parking had it been needed was good to see.

Perfect location for wandering into Liverpool, close to some lovely cafes, peaceful to return to after a day out. Spotless, recently refurbished and furnished. We were two adults and two teenagers and it was the perfect space for us.

Liverpool's Georgian quarter is a really special place! This is a great flat to stay in if in Liverpool. The flat itself is comfortable and well furnished. The location is perfect to explore Liverpool city centre, the docks and the university. We really enjoyed staying here.
