Welcome to our spacious duplex apartment in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter! This two-story apartment is excellent for family and friends who love to see the vibrant City whilst enjoying quality time together! Experience staying in one of the most beautiful parts of Liverpool and being close to the main attractions. Guests can also enjoy a short stroll into the city centre for food and drinks.

The Space

Apartment Sleeps 14: Living room: • Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels • A Luxurious corner Sofa Bed that can sleep up to 2 guests Main Floor: • x2 Bedrooms with a King-Size Bed in each. • Equipped with a large Smart TV • Both come with a Desk that can be used for work or as a Dressing Table. Attic Floor: Has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and a double bed. Kitchen: • Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, Washing Machine and much more! • Large Bench-Style Dining Table that seats up to 10 guests Bathroom 1 [Main Floor]: • Fitted with a separate Shower, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin. Bathroom 2/3 [Attic Floor]: • Both en-suite Bathrooms have a Shower, Toilet and Basin. This apartment is a rare find with its generous amount of space in the city. With its duplex design and marvellous furnishing style, the view and experience you will get are worth a few more steps to climb. **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**

Neighbourhood

This apartment is nestled in the heart of the Georgian Quarter, renowned for its breathtaking architecture, scenic buildings, and historic cobbled streets. This chic and spacious base is a short walk from the City Centre and very close to some exciting places to visit, including the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall. Perfectly situated for those wanting to explore Liverpool’s rich history, unwind in a picturesque neighbourhood, and enjoy easy access to the bustling city centre, this apartment is ideal for everyone! For fantastic dining options nearby, take a short stroll to Hope Street and discover its array of wonderful restaurants. Make sure you take a short walk to the celebrated Baltic Market that offers a range of tasty cuisines from various local restaurants!

Getting Around

The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Other things to note

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service. Please note that there are three flights of stairs up to the apartment. This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

Es un apartamento muy acogedor, en una zona muy tranquila, además dando un paseo, en 10 minutos llegas al centro. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
