Πολυ οργανωμένο! Πλήρης εξοπλισμένο. Καθαρό και μεγάλο. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στον κεντρικό δρόμο που είναι όλα τα μαγαζιά. Ζεστό νερό και ήσυχο.  Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι η θέρμανση κλείνει αυτόματα στις 06:00 το πρωί και εχαμε  βρέφος μαζί μας, ήταν άβολο να ξυπνάμε 6 το πρωί στις διακοπές μας για να ανοίξουμε την θέρμανση. 

The place was lovely and clean.  The neighbours were quiet and the hosts were really friendly, helpful and responsive. The WiFi is strong and reliable and the flat is well kitted out with cooking and laundry facilities. The flat was a 20 minute walk to work/shops via a main road, so I felt safe walking back at night. Overall a great stay and I would book again!  There were only a couple of minor areas the flat could be improved; -The hairdryer doesn't blow hot air, so it took a really long and uncomfortable time to dry my hair. It could do with replacing. -There's no room in the bedroom for a bedside table/lamp. If a slim table can't be sourced, it could do with a shelf for a lamp to go on and somewhere to put glasses/contact lens case/cup of water etc  -The single glazed windows can make it tricky to keep the flat consistently warm, and the traffic from the main road is quite audible. Not a quick fix but maybe bring ear plugs if early traffic noise is likely to wake you.  The heating can be manually boosted and I did find myself having to do that a lot as it got cold quite quickly when the heating was off.

Once we checked in via link the door codes were both sent by email & text, so easy & no need to get to the flat by a certain time to meet someone, handy when you travel by train. The flat was lovely clean and having some coffee, tea, milk & sugar was a very welcoming touch. The area is our favourite when visiting Norwich as it has a village feel with a park not far away & only a short walk to the centre.  The windows do need a bit of a look at as one in the sitting room didn't open at all and the other one was very difficult & we did need to have some air in as it did get quite warm in the lovely sunshine. 

A very restful stay

Great location and good value for money  Communal areas could have done with a vacuum, lots of marked walls and paintwork and vinyl floor in main room was split.  Only one bedside light and it broke and bit tricky ducking slopping roof to get into bed.  Bit confused by bins.  We assumed that the green lid denoted recycling, but the red lid bin didn't have a liner for food waste, whereas the green lid bin did. 

We primarily booked for the location and all we needed was provided.

Great location, walking distance to the city centre. Parking space useful. Very responsive hosts. Beds were comfortable.  Apartment not very well kept, overall cleanliness wasn't great. Grubby, needs a deep clean. 

Die Lage außerhalb der Innenstadt war für uns gut (da in Nähe zu Freunden). Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus und in weniger als 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war nach hinten raus und dadurch ruhig. Sie ist nicht luxoriös eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was es für ein paar Tage braucht und war sauber.  Ich habe eine Leselampe am Bett vermisst. Zudem gab es nur Jalousien, aber keine Vorhänge, so dass es - bei Vollmond - im Schlafzimmer relativ hell war. 

Spacious, comfy beds, great location, parking space.  No mattress protection on single beds, bedroom 1 window wouldn’t open, cobwebs, dirty blinds, basic furnishings, no instruction to access parking (deduction required!), stained coffee mugs, no door shelf for milk so it leaked. 

Worth the short stay for location - city 10 min walk.

L'appartement est très agréable et plutôt bien situé à Norwich. (à 900m à pied du centre de Norwich). Il est très bien disposé et permet un confort pour 3 à 4 personnes (2 chambres) et une pièce à vivre très spacieuse (coin TV et table et chaises pour prendre les repas).  Cela ne nous a pas gêné car tout fonctionnait mais certains matériels (nécessaire de cuisine, électro-ménager, ventilateur) n'étaient plus de première jeunesse. Le pied du ventilateur était cassé mais il fonctionnait.

Rien  L’appartement que nous avons eu ne correspond en rien à la photo ci-dessus. Nous avons eu Une seule pièce et un coin pour dormir avec un lit qui prend toute la place, impossible d’en faire le tour. Ustensiles de cuisine limites, très peu de couverts, juste 2 chaises

Bardzo dobry na krótki pobyt.  apartament nie spełnił moich oczekiwań co do standardu czystości, tylko lodówka była czysta, bo nowa. Pralka brudna w środku, nieczyszczona. Ubrania wyciągnęłam brudniejsze niż je włożyłam do urządzenia. Potem prałam już ręcznie. Pajęczyny na starych oknach, plamy pleśni na silikonie w kabinie prysznicowej, wrażenie wszędobylskiego kurzu.

I had a fantastic stay

Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen, good localisation. Cute terrace house.  Not very clean, unpleasant smell, no wi-fi, a lot of long confusing messages from the host.  I didn't like having a gas stove (!)  just in the bedroom. 

Flat 3 was ok but we did not book flat 3. The above picture is flat 7 which we did choose. Flat 7 has a table and chairs and a bed one can get into. Flat three comes with a warning for those with mobility issues! Bed not accessible.  Bed had to be climbed into from the living room, no access from the bedroom. Those with mobility issues can't access the bed. Needs better curtains in living room. Tiny basin in bathroom, impossible/difficult to use as so small. Breakfast bar, no table anf chairs. No parking. 

Great location, spacious flat, good to have free parking included.  Little things like having washing up liquid and a dish towel would make the stay more comfortable. Nigh on impossible to take a shower without water leaking out on the floor. Draughty, single-pane windows  - I wouldn't want to stay in winter. Uneven floors were quite something! 

Great location with easy access to bars, pubs, takeaways and restaurants on Unthank rd. Only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Norwich. Would definitely stay here again. thanks!

Beds were comfortable, warm, comfortable sofa, great shower. Parking and rear entrance. We’ll equipped kitchen.  Not a lot.

The property is lovely..good value for money and closer to shop and to the city centre..  Nothing it’s all in place..

The location was good for the hospital which is what we needed. Everything we needed in the kitchen for self catering. Communication from the management team was good. Check in was easy.  The heating went off at 10.30. it was chilly  as a draught blew  through the old windows. and not enough curtain covering to keep it warm. Just old office type vertical blinds. Which were not very good from a privacy point of view. No lamps in the living room so we sat under LED lights. And why not put wall lamps in the bedroom?..we had to climb over the bed to turn off the lights. The bathroom has a tiny cloakroom sink. Husband had to shave and wash in the kitchen. The apartment also needs a refurb. Paint work is dirty in places. The floor also needed a good sweep and clean.  There is no parking in apartment 3 which was not made clear when we booked but I believe this has now been rectified after bringing it to the attention of the management team. 

Location and helpfulness of staff.  The photos of the property were misleading. The light and airy property shown was not what I got. It was tiny, dark and unfit for purpose. I felt unsafe as the apartment was on the ground floor, backing onto a carpark. The bedroom was even lower still, with painted over, single glaze window frames. The kitchen/seating area had very small, uncomfortable seating. I was expecting the pictured accommodation but was severely disappointed in what I was met with. The building that the apartment was in was not obvious at all. The directions were incorrect. When questioning staff, they were unable to help. The third member of staff did acknowledge the directions were wrong and helped. The building was shabby and smelt of damp. I did not stay & made alternative hotel arrangements. I did not receive a refund. I was told that because the apartment was clean, that a refund was not an option. Overall a very stressful experience.

Fabulous location opposite the bus stops to the city and LEA. Comfortable, spacious, warm with easy to adjust heating. Wonderful shower. Entry by key code was easy and practical.  Sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate would have been great. We travelled by train so didn’t have room for drinks. Also, please make it clear which flats have parking.

Flat was clean, tidy and generally very comfortable. There was a large fan in the main bedroom which was amazing as it was a very hot weekend. Could have done with one in the twin room as well though. Beds were comfortable. Excellent location, close to the city and easy to get back to the A10 and ring road. Biggest plus was the parking spot as there isn't much space to park on the surrounding roads so having an allocated space made life much easier.  The road it's on is quite noisy, only an issue in the living room as it's in the front. Not an issue for the bedrooms as they are in rear of the property. Also not the best sofa but only an issue if you are spending a lot of time in the actual flat.

- good location - good firm mattresses - couch was comfortable - bright and light apartment  - dedicated parking  - cleanliness across the stairwell - using code to open doors. Keys please! - needs deep cleaning (vacuum carpets, cobwebs on ceiling, dusty resistors, dirt marks on walls - torn vinyl flooring was trip hazard - fridge / freezer not convenient for family (too small) - lacking start up essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, etc) - diluted handwashing liquid in bathroom was lowest point - creaky bed in kids room - not really a serviced apartment 

Subpar - lacking in many aspects! Cleanliness is key!

clean,well positioned  constant concern on parking which appeared on booking to be avialable.at the back. there were what appeared to be 2 spaces for our house which had 6 or so appts. One was permanently used the other was free so we used it luckily without interruption especially as my wife is somewhat disabled. On booking it said on street parking was 10 mins away which is a heck of a distance away plus knowing Norwich I doubt whether spaces would have been available. The situation should be absolutely clear on booking. There was no toilet roll and the shower needs re tightening as it is not firmly fixed to the wall. The tiling on the front steps is in bad repair and loose tiles are becoming dangerously slippy. Finally as we left the Fire Hazard alarm was continually going off. A resident in Apartment 1 was trying to  resolve but we also left a message with your office.

Es un buen apartamento familiar para pasar unos días en Norwich. Buena zona y cerca del centro dando un paseo. Muy cerca de un supermercado Tesco y sitios para comer.

The location is good. The staff is very kind.  Although it was very clean, the dusty/musty smell  was noticeable. I am allergic to dust, so it was kind of uncomfortable my staying in the place. The bedroom blinds does not shut completely, thus some light was filtered. 

Location and very clean.  Some issues with kitchen equipment (no bread knife, only 1 dessert spoon, shelf in fridge broken etc) generally a little dated, could do with a refresh. Back door lock didn’t work, only worked 1/20 attempts.

Great location and comfortable facilities.   Local amenities really close by.  City centre is not far away if you fancy a walk or you can take the bus (runs every 15 minutes) bus stop is across from the property.  Would certainly stay again.

Good value, well-positioned apartment. We have previously stayed in a larger one upstairs but only needed a small one this time. The apartments have been refurbished to a generally high standard but see below. The 25 bus stop is just across the road.  The whole building really needs new windows. The existing ones are the originals, single-glazed, frames not in great condition, and only one opened in our apartment. We were comfortable in mild February weather, but very hot or very cold spells could be uncomfortable. The bedroom in Apartment 3 has very bright ceiling lights with the switch in the living room. It needs a pair of reading lights, possibly just small LEDs on goose-necks. The bed takes up almost the whole room - not a problem for us but one person has to climb across.

Warm, clean and functional. Excellent value.  Parking arrangements or lack there of could have been cleared in the ad. I think SOME of the apartments have an allocated space. Mine didn't, although I was able to park in the "alley" for all but one of the nights. 

Good value for money, and excellent budget accomodation.

The beds were lovely and it was so good to be able to have a warm bath in the evening. The flat was very clean and very well organised and it was great to have a carpark at the rear of the property. As I had lived on York Street for more than 22 years, the location was also absolutely perfect too. The bus stop being just opposite was so handy as were all the pubs, take-aways and Tesco express.  A big thank you!  It was a shame that the windows were a bit old and so, not very ecofriendly.

The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Just a shame regarding parking  The advert said parking, we read the reviews and it stated that parking available. On payment we received a email to say parking availability was at a nearby road 10 minutes away. Their was no parking as the roads all had parking zones or 30 minute parking and no return.  Contacted the number provided and was told once again parking was available but you had to look for it. The particular apartment we picked did not have allocated parking   The property was very clean. However, the kettle or cooker didn't work, so difficult to make a hot drink. 

Nice location if you don't have a vehicle and travel on a train or bus

Good location. Warm and nice apartment.  The apartment was on the top floor and there was no lift in the building, it made my family very inconvenient as I was travelling with elderly. It would be helpful to my stay if the host could tell which floor of the apartment is located during the booking process. 

A warm and nice apartment with good location.

We had a guest arriving for a family event and wanted her to stay near our house. This was the best flat available near us.  Our guest was elderly. Nowhere in the booking did it state that the flat would be on the ground floor. This made our guest feel a bit unsafe as people can look in to the flat's kitchen.  Furthermore, there is a staircase leading to the bedroom which is quite steep. Quite tasking for an elderly guest.  Another point was the building entrance, you have to enter a code to enter but there's no light. We found ourselves fiddling with the phone lights etc. Not nice, especially when it's raining.

Very clean and when I emailed with problems they dealt with very quickly  I couldn't find the clotheshorse or hairdryer in the designated storage.  3 days in I found th clotheshorse under the bed but never found the hairdryer  I would suggest that an inventory be taken of the basics be taken of the room confirming the equipment is where it should be. 

Great visit and excellent location.

It was our second time staying in these apartments, this one was bigger than our last one, which we preferred. It's a very nice flat in a great location.  No fans are provided, so the flat was sweltering in the heat. Furthermore, the hist was not communicative in the slightest. I messaged them on our first night asking where the switch for the oven is located as none of the ones we could see/find worked. They never got back to me.  They also never told us that builders/workers would be starting on the windows of the bedroom on the morning of our checkout. We got woken up by loud scraping outside the bedroom, of which the windows were wide open due to the heat.  It's a shame, as we might not book here again. 

Nice and easy stay. Great location in a cosy little flat :)  The bedroom was a tight fit as it could only fit the double bed in.

Handy for city.  Refrigerator broken. 32 degree heat outside. Food went off.

Easy and simple check in.  Spacious living area.  Entrance to the building at the rear is not desirable, it smelt very bad throughout the building and the communal corridors were dark and dingy.   Not enough cups/mugs for 4 people staying. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner for the price. 

Good location for transport.  Cleanliness. Bed sheets and pillowcases had stain and hair on them. Shower was dirty. Poor maintenance and quality all over.  Cooking utensils and pans very used up and dirty. Oven tray rusty. On the main road so noisy... Even at night 

Not value for money at all.

The location was great within walking distance of city centre and booked because of that and the parking.  The apartment is much needing tlc and decorating and could have been cleaner. The crockery needs renewed as chipped and that and the cutlery should be checked for cleanliness prior to guest arrival. The bath and tiles require attention and resealing. 

Great location, bars, restaurants and Tesco Express right on the door step. Bedrooms are to the back of the property so very quiet.
