Liverpool's Georgian Quarter is one of the City's hidden treasures, and this beautiful apartment is situated perfectly within it! Just a short walk from the City Centre, and close to some exciting architectural places of interest such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall, the location of this property is truly spectacular! Make sure to take a walk to the energetic Baltic Market that offers a range of mouthwatering cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
