The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. The apartment is within walking distance of The Philharmonic, and Everyman Theatre. It is less than a 10-minute walk away to Hope Street - home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants. You can walk everywhere to restaurants, bars and cafés and wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants. It is also only a quick bus ride away from Liverpool City Centre. Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you will find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.

The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 1 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
