Bathroom: • Fitted with a Standard sized Bath, Separate Shower, Toilet and Basin. Featuring a Georgian-style single-glazed window and tall ceiling - this family-friendly and unique space is unlike any other in the city! You will be stunned by the sunlight that dresses the bedrooms during the day! **Please note that a baby cot is available on request. This stunning apartment is located in Liverpool’s renowned Georgian Quarter, a quaint neighbourhood celebrated for its remarkable architecture, scenic buildings, and historic cobbled streets. Located near St Luke's Church, known locally as 'The Bombed Out Church, this site of interest plays host to frequent events, including open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more. Not to mention, the historic Liverpool Cathedral and The Philharmonic Hall are only steps away from here! The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, perfect for those with a creative flair. Step out the front door and you’ll find yourself amidst some of Liverpool’s most stunning architecture, with the neighbourhood showcasing its timeless beauty. Just a short stroll away are Hope Street and the city centre, where you can explore a variety of delightful restaurants, cosy cafes, theatres, and concert venues.
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town! Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you’re a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building. Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service. Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment. This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.
